This company does not repair mold issues. This is an important consideration. Otherwise the company may be quite motivated to find mold. Just separate the two issues is wiser. I elected to test living room and small bedroom, otherwise I wouldn't learn where the mold issue was coming from. Not really all that expensive. Peace of mind is worth a great deal.
