John was early to the appointment and did the work on time. He took the time to fully explain his inspection process and the things he looks for. He was patient with me as I asked all of my questions. He provided a very detailed report of his findings that same day and by the time he promised. I could not have asked for more!

John was Quick to respond, arrived promptly, did the tests and the results arrived in the general time frame. It seemed a bit costly but it's Christmas time and everything seems expensive!

We had an emergency leak/ceiling collapse and needed a roof inspection as quickly as possible to determine the cause of the leak. John called me almost as I hit the “submit” button on the request and made it out to my house in about an hour! He was very through and knowledgeable and made a very stressful time less so. We had a report detailing the cause of the leak within a few hours. Can not recommend his services enough!

I looked on home advisor for someone to do a radon test for me. I filled out the info they needed and John Coda called me within 5-10 minutes. He was able to do the radon test the next day. He had excellent communication through the whole process and when the test was complete he explained the results with me and sent me a detailed report with the results. I would dedinitley use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone. I appreciated his professionalism. AAAAAAA+++++ RATING!!! THANKYOU AGAIN!!

So far so good - haven't seen the inspection report yet. That is supposed to be in my email by Monday. Then I can judge how good/bad the report is. Showed up on time and completed inspection in the expected timeline. Very personable, friendly.

He took his time and spent time looking at our greatest concerns. Caught a few things we didn’t see and had a detailed report with many pictures. Overall very happy! Would use again.

I was on a very tight schedule to get this done. John was there for me. He made sure I had the bid for the job asap. He also stayed with me and did all he could to help me find a person to do the work that needed to be done per John's report. It was nice to work with someone that knew what he was talking about and he was nice. Thanks for the help John.
