Never trust a home inspector who doesn t break out some coveralls and get dirty. The home inspection was completed in less than 3hrs, and overall we re really not satisfied. Now we are left to worry about we will discover might be wrong with home. Am I the only home buyer who feels that certified Home Inspectors should be accountable for what they miss? The above aside he was a really nice guy and presented himself in a professional manner.

John gave good review with photo evidence. Made recommendations based on conditions. Answered questions beyond the initial inspection. He also looked into the attic based on our need to identify issues there though no photos were taken. His knowledge helped us form our decision.

I hired Clear Choice to do an inspection for a home I am about to purchase. They also performed a sewer scope due to some sewer work the current owner did. The report was turned around within *hours* and was thorough and easy to understand. It was well-organized, had lots of photos to document what he found, and clear recommendations on the few minor issues he found.
