John was very efficient, thorough and answered all of our questions.

John was very thorough as well as patient and answered all my questions. I had a couple of big concerns and after addressing those I felt confident in what needed to be done and what did not. I was a little nervous as this was the first time having a home inspection for me and I appreciated his calm comfortable manner. I would definitely hire him again.

John was fast, efficient, and friendly. Most importantly my clients loved him and all the information he provided to these first time home buyer who had quite a few questions. Report was provided same day within hours! Talk about service and time saved on the real estate side! Highly recommend John!

Overall, John did a good job and was professional. However, if I had to do this again, I would probably do this testing myself and save a lot of money, as the work consisted of gathering air samples from three different locations and sending them to a lab. (Thus the three stars for value for money.)

John was very helpful in the whole process and also answered and had response to all the concerns I had on the materials and treatment needed for the home during contingency period.

I have nothing else to add. Service was excellent.

John got back to me immediately and was on site within 24 hours. I hired him to inspect a new roof to confirm all work was done to standard. I am very happy I did. He was clear and concise with his findings and had his report emailed to me the next day. If I had had more time, I would have shopped around to see if his pricing was competitive. His fee is $299 which seemed a bit high for just the roof. Otherwise, completely satisfied!

They were very fast and efficient. They provided the service I needed and sent the report in a timely manner. They did not attempt to sell unnecessary services or products.

John was very helpful he responded at the drop of a hat, and he gave me very good clear advice. Even though he gave great advice I m just not sure it was worth the quite expensive visit. Although, it was clearly helpful to know whether I had active mold or in active mold. That was vital information.

Jon was a personable guy and easy to talk to,but after he inspected our new home the ac wouldn't work and after that we found out our sub panel in the garage had been recalled. Two things could have been prevented. When I called about the electric panel he acted as if he had no idea what panels have been recalled, which in his line of work I feel it's his duty to be aware of. Thankfully we didn't have a fire but he needs to educate himself on these very serious things. For that reason and the fact he didn't even apologize, I would never recommend clear choice to anyone.

Very prompt and quick response! I m not sure the going rate for mold inspections, but it was the cheapest and most efficient!
