Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship of CRO. James was super helpful in helping me understand the scope, price, and timeline of my siding replacement. I shopped around for months trying to find the right people who could take care of the entire job (some didn’t include materials, dumpster, etc). CRO handled everything and they had the most competitive pricing. Peter and his guys showed up promptly every morning and worked well into the evening. My husband Bill and I are extremely pleased with the service and quality of products we received from Creative Remodeling of Orlando when renovating our home. Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. After looking for a year trying to find a quality licensed contractor who could take on enclosing my screen porch into a 4 season sun room I came across Creative Remodeling. Other offers were way to high or the person was inexperienced. Brian and his team were professional and accommodating. Sorry I didn't find them sooner for other projects like windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

The team of skilled workers were polite, professional, and thorough in their work. I was so very pleased with the whole experience. But here's another accolade for Creative Remodeling: After the siding was completed, I had the house painted by an excellent painter who has worked for me for years. When I wrote him the check for the painting, he said, "Lezlie, just want you to know that the company who did your siding is first rate. After waiting a week and following up with an email we received from the company: "Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, this is not a project we can assist you on. Best Regards" This company is advertising for and is rated on the services we require, so we responded: "Wood & Fiber-Cement Siding Repair is on Angie's Page as a service you offer. Perhaps, you should contact them in order to correct this error. Thanks.

One man crew completed project in one day. No complaints. Screen insert with kick-plates and door. Finished job looks great and built to last.

Windows were mounted in concrete block. One man crew replaced all three with double pane sliders including argon gas and low-e class. One day job for all three windows. Project went smooth, no complaints.

The front of our home is frame construction, the sides and rear are concrete block. A 2 man crew showed up every day and worked a full day. Area was cleaned every evening. New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints.

They never replied back to my contact

They came out, said they would send over a quote. It never came. I called several times, then they gave us a crazy story and said they would get back to us with our quote by the end of the week. I never heard from them again.

It went well, very clean, prompt, and professional.

Mark was real responsive when I called. He came out the same day and was very nice. After he took the measurements for siding I was told that it would be a day or two for the quote. It has been a week and I called twice, once 4 days after the visit and the other 6 days after the visit. Guess they don't want my business. A call would have been nice if they didn't want to job.

I contacted Creative Remodeling and set up an appointment to meet at my house. The owner/rep confirmed appointment and showed up on time. He presented all his materials, ample pictures of past jobs, awards, and letters of recommendations. We discussed the work we wanted done as far as installing siding and eventually expanded the scope to include windows, doors and roof fascia. We were not in a hurry but I did express I wanted to get the costs identified so we could budget it all out and phase the project. I was assured his costs were good for a year. And that was the last I ever heard from them. I left several message for them to call me and got nothing.

I called to set up an estimate for my home and was told that Mark was not in the office then but would return my call. Two weeks later, after no response, I called again and left a voicemail with my name and number asking for a return call. I am still waiting and that was over two weeks ago. I was disappointed that a company with such great reviews here could not even return my call. I will clearly be taking my business elsewhere.

The project went incredibly well from start to finish. The salesman, Brian, was responsive, professional, and super easy to work with. Most notable are three things. Firstly, Brian nailed the estimate. When it came time to do the work, I never once received a change order or request for more more money. This is highly impressive on a project with so many variables and unpredictable obstacles. It isn't that obstacles didn't come up, it was that the crew just worked through them as they did. Secondly, the estimate was very reasonable. Fortunately, my house is literally a rectangular cube without much architectural interest. Nonetheless, I was happy with the price. Thirdly, the crew was awesome. A tight nit group of three guys who work incredibly well together. Add another guy to that crew, and he'd just be in the way. Anyone who has ever managed teams will appreciate the efficiency and good humor with which these guys work. They showed up on time every day. They worked while they were there. They asked questions when they had them. They tended to the details at the end of the project. They genuinely wanted things to go well and look great. And the result was better than I could have imagined. The house went from being an 80's stucco nightmare with rotting siding, to being a great little cottage-y looking place. For me, this was a big project. Plenty could have gone south. Nothing did. It's the kind of experience you hope for, but rarely have. I'd recommend these guys all day long.

Poor. Multiple delays and poor workmanship. We had this same company do our entire house several years ago and the work was impeccable. This time was a mistake. Mis-orders on the windows; damaged goods on site, and then shoddy installs. Really disappointed. If you hire this company watch them every step of the way.

I didn't have any work done. I had left a message regarding what I needed and the owed was kind enough to return my call to tell me it wash;t in his scope of work. I appreciated the return call as he could have simply ignored the message. I will keep this contractor in mind should I ever need work within his scope.

The front bay area (3 windows) needed new windows and frames; the surrounding areas needed repair/replacement. Creative Remodeling of Orlando response was timely and the price reasonable. A great job neatly performed. All the workers were professional, informative and pleasant. A+ !

Brian came out and listened attentively to what I wanted to accomplish with replacing my front and back porch ceilings. I explained that I wanted to remove the existing ceilings, and replace them with material that I could pressure wash. Based on his experience, he recommended a siding that would be best for what I wanted to accomplish. I was concerned with a rippling effect, but he said that the siding should not ripple, but he said he could brace the ceiling with wood which would definitely prevent this. He left the decision up to me. I also explained that I had a beam that had rotted. He noticed that one of my support posts needed to be replaced as well. And finally, I wanted to replace the porch lights. He was very patient answering all my questions, and said he would give me a call with the quote within a couple of days. Since I had been trying to get someone to do the job for over a year, I braced myself for another disappointing quote. I'm happy to say that his price was the second best over the past year. I gladly accepted it and within a couple of weeks, work started and after 3 half days, the ceiling portion was completed. On the second day I took a picture of something that didn't look right, and when the guys came out the next day, they had fixed it. Next, the electrician that works with Creative Remodeling came out and did all seven lights on my porches in a half day. When all was said and done, it was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. A month after the job was finished, I called Brian for a recommendation on a garage door opener, and he recommended someone that I eventually had do the job. I would definitely suggest giving him a call for any remodeling job. If we decide to close in our back porch, he will be the first one I call. They did a good, no EXCELLENT job!!
