We are Licensed and Insured, using only Winter Park Roofing employees for services. We offer Spanish speaking assistance in the office as well as the field. We Service all of Central Florida and surrounding Counties including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Brevard, and Volusia County. Winter Park Roofing has maintained Angie's List Super Service award since 2008 when we were placed on the site!!!

Winter Park Roofing is a stellar company who has been helping me for the past 7 years, and the owner, Mr. James Bell truly provides a tremendous amount of care and goes above and beyond, along with Mrs. Andrea, Greg, Deidra, Cory, Mason.  A close friend recommended Winter Parking Roofing who advised me of the amazing work they had been doing for them for 15 years.   I had to put in a new roof, and I was really appreciative of how they took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the entire process.  There were a lot of things I did not know, and they thoughtfully explained the installation and roofing types.  Their over 30 years of knowledge in roofing was so valuable as I learned about the right way to do roofing and what are the best materials and what to look out for.   They made sure I was comfortable with everything and it really meant a lot to me.   The whole team had a great work ethic and worked diligently every day.  I was amazed at how spectacular the roof looked when completed.  Their pricing was more than fair as I saw how much attention they put to specific details when they showed me the completed roof.   Their workmanship warranty is excellent and really shows the great confidence they have in their work.   I have not seen higher quality of roofing work then what I have seen from Winter Park Roofing.    I was so impressed with the exceptional integrity and care Mr James Bell stands for, which you can see right away when speaking with him, and which truly sets him and his company apart.    They do business the old fashioned way of treating others like family, by providing exceptional support, honesty, and quality.   What I value most are the people who make the company, and knowing who I am talking to.   I wanted to say thank you again to everyone at Winter Park Roofing for the truly amazing care you provide me.

My roof was over 10 years old and I'd had multiple leaks over the last few years. I requested estimates from multiple providers and Winter Park Roofing was the best. They had a good price and they included replacement wood sheets in the price without an additional cost per sheet. They also let me change from having mid roof vents to a ridge vent. Finally their choice of roofing shingles included energy efficient white colors that qualified for a home energy tax credit. The install went well and I haven't had any issues since the install.

This is an outstanding roofing firm. Their office contact Mason stays on top of everything with the homeowner. He was able to even move our appointment up a couple of weeks as their schedule proceeded. We've had them out on several occasions and always pleased with their performance.

I had several issues with them damaging my property, but the real problem was with the gutters. Before the work began I specifically asked them about the possibility of damaging my gutters to which they replied, "Our crews are skilled at working around the gutters without issue." They damaged my gutters and now a section of the gutters no longer line up. When I asked them to put the gutters back in alignment they declined saying, "the gutters had nothing to do with our roofing job." I wouldn't recommend them because they caused too much damage. The fact that I checked with them about potential gutter damage before work began and they still refused to fix the gutter damage they caused was just too much.

"We are sorry to see this review. We find this review dishonest. We have done everything we were contracted to do and we've done it in a professional manner. We did not do any damage to the interior gutter mentioned- it is inside your screened closure. It is IMPOSSIBLE to have been damaged by us where it is connected without breaking through the screened in enclosure. We have been courteous in fixing several items that were not damaged by our company and there is no evidence our company damaged- just to be helpful and courteous (Including repairs outdoor kitchen tiles inside a screened in porch and a chimney repairs). Every time we fix another item as a courtesy, that was not damaged by our company, you seem to find more household repairs for us to fix. We have gone far beyond what is fair. We have even deducted $100 from your bill because you felt that $100 worth of flowers were damaged even though our before photos showed differently- and we did that without question. We have gone on paying for repairs that were not related to our work but we cannot continue until your entire house is rebuilt. We are honorable in repairing damage if we caused it but this is not the case. We hope you reconsider these remarks as they are misleading."

I contacted this company based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. My roof was leaking after a heavy rain and I needed to have the roof inspected. The owner, James Bell, came out the very next day, he was prompt to the appointment and professional. He inspected my roof and found a crack around the boot of the vent causing water to leak through. Although I would have paid for this service, he fixed the problem for no charge! I would highly recommend as it is clear that this company values their customer and business.

They did an amazing job for a fair price and as a Property Manager dealing with vendors, this type of service is hard to find. The office is run like a fine oiled machine! Efficient! They have fantastic communication and kept me informed of every step along the process.

This was the second time we had hired Winter Park roofing. The last occasion was in 2015. On both events, they were completely professional and provided totally effective repairs. Unlike a few other companies we had hired for other problems prior to 2015, we never needed to ask Winter Park Roofing to return to correct faulty repairs. Additionally, they were surprisingly quiet, for roofers, and also thoroughly cleaned up their work area and surrounding yard before they left. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again for any future roofing needs.

Was told they did Tile but could not do Tile roofing at this time. I would save your time and double verify before they arrive to your house that they indeed have a working crew for Tile roof before having them come to your house for Tile roofing estimate. Lisa, Longwood, FL

Excellent experience with Jim the owner. Instead of quoting me for an expensive repair he noticed some small issues with popping nails and fixed several on the spot. And...NO CHARGE. I was shocked but extremely thankful. Highly recommend Jim for his honesty and talent.

Winter Park Roofing just finished putting a new roof on my house, and I can't say enough good about them. Their pricing was great, even better, their craftsmanship is stellar, and everyone involved is delightful to deal with. Things I learned as I shopped for a company are: Winter Park Roofing doesn't charge extra to replace rotten wood-all the other companies do so you have no idea how much your roof is really going to cost in the end; Winter Park Roofing gives a 10 year workmanship warranty-no other company I talked to did this. They answer all questions gladly. My job started and completed as promised and the clean up was thorough. If you want your job done right, call Winter Park Roofing.

Despite bad weather, and the delivery and then replacement of defective shingles from a supplier the team from Winter Park Roofing kept the job going as best they could. The end result is a high quality job that took only one day longer than projected despite the setbacks. I was kept well informed of the issues and changes in timing by both the owner and his crew chief. Would definitely hire WPR again.
