Hilton and his team went above and beyond! Hired them very last min and boy did they come to the table with excellence! was out of town and they let themselves in and even sent a ton of pictures of their excellent work. They are a rare find these days and i would recommend a hundred times over! Thanks Hilton!!

AWESOME ! Another fantastic service that we found on Angie's List ! Hilton ( owner ) and his crew were polite, professional, prompt, and thorough ! The very reasonable estimate matched the service and the final price, and it was definitely MONEY WELL SPENT ! Attention to detail and a passion for cleaning and deodorizing truly amazed us.... Servtek Cleaning Service exceeded our expectations ( and we can be demanding of our vendors ) and did not miss a thing ! They even did a thorough vacuum on all carpeted areas inside the house ! It went very well. Hilton has been coming to our home for 8 years and has always done a fantastic job. They clean the large and small things. The trash is taken out, the refrigerator is cleaned, even the cleaning fans and wiped.

Every other Wednesday for the past 5 years Servtek has shown up at our house at 11:30am. They have never missed a day or called in sick. They do an excellent job.
We trust them to come to our home when we are not there. If you wash your sheets and leave them on the bed, they will make the bed for you. They empty out all the trash bins throughout the house. We have referred them to many friends and neighbors. They are all very pleased.
Not only are they good at what they do, they are also great people.
You should hire them to take care of your house too.

We have been using Servtek for over a year now, with Hilton and Tamia cleaning our home every other week. We are extremely happy with their service. They clean thoroughly with attention to detail. They are punctual and consistently give us significant advance notice for any reschedules (holidays, etc.). On the other side, they have been very accommodating for our schedule. They conduct themselves very professionally, are very efficient, and are consistently polite and considerate. We price-compared to two other services, and Servtek was the most competitive pricing. We highly recommend Servtek for regular home service.

When I called them they said they couldn't get a lot done in 2 hours. I said that was fine, and kept saying it. The women that came had an attitude about it. They did what they had to do. Even though they are thorough they are pretty slow. One person could do the exact same thing that two people did in two hours. I just don't think they wanted to do the work. So, I was not pleased with their services.

Hilton and Tamia exhibit the highest level of professionalism and quality work in keeping our home immaculate. I leave each week just before they arrive and when I come home a few hours later everything is perfect. After a few cleanings they understood our habits and preferences and provide consistent and dependable cleanings every time. My husband and I have always cleaned the house ourselves untill we've found Servtek Cleaning professionals. They're awesome. They were very fast setting up an appointment and giving us an estimate. Came on time, were courtious, polite and very knowledgeable. Did I mention that they were the only one that answered my call right away? Yes. That's what happend. My house needed a really deep cleaning and defenitely they did everything I asked for: cleaned the foors( tile, hardwood and carpet), ceiling fans, pictures, blinds, sliders, window ledges, windows, fixtures besides detailing the bathrooms (especially shower areas) and kitchen. My refrigerator and stove got brand new again; they worked for 6 non-stop hours. We were very impressed and pleased with the outcome. It was worth every penny spent. From now on, whenever we need help, we are going to ask Servtek professionals to came back.

We were renting a house and I needed it cleaned ASAP after we moved out. I've used cleaners on this list in the past, but they were all terrible. I called Servtek hoping that they could help. Hilton came out with his wife and gave the estimate. Then returned a week later to clean. I was appreciative of the time they made for me during the holidays. I needed to be out before Jan 1st, so it was critical to get them in.
As far as the cleaning, it was stunning. They didn't miss a spot at all. Some areas, like my glass shower door, looked like new again. Now that I've moved, I will definitely call Hilton again. As far as I'm concerned he is the only decent cleaning service in town.
My one issue with the services was Hilton's professionalism. He seemed to be extremely concerned about receiving payment. There was some confusion on whether the check was going to be felt in the drawer, or if I was going to meet him later for payment. When he arrived and didn't see the check, he called me 3 times in a row, and then continued to ask about payment after I arrived to meet him at the house. To me it just seems a bit unprofessional. I understand that you may have been burned in the past, but no need to take it out on me.
All that said, I will be calling Hilton back to clean the new house!
