Amazing customer experience! Josh went above and beyond from the very beginning. Josh was responding in very quick time and not only did an outstanding job installing oven and microwave but also insert hood which was very challenging for other companies. The quality work was amazing very clean and professional. I was so greatful and working with many contractors he really surprised me with his knowledge and service.

I just wanted to replace the burning stoves and wanted the payment method on cash.

STAY AWAY FROM POINTE APPLIANCE AND JOSH. Josh is a thief! He charged us over $200.00 for replacing the gasket on our freezer. He only accepts cash or debit card (instant $, non refundable) I called Josh the next day and told him it was worse and frost is everywhere. He made up some story how he had to wait for parts from Korea. Then he stopped taking my phone calls, no return text, and the address listed was his home and no one there either. After 6+ weeks of waiting for him to fix this, I called the VP of LG's appliances for the United States. He told me that there was no "Order Number" for us and to get a certified LG tech to fix it. We called and they were here in two days. The installation with the certified company took nearly 40 minutes. Involving removing the door completely. Josh never unplugged or removed the door, he just snapped it on and left. There were gaps everywhere and frost filled the freezer. Now Josh has now refused to refund our money for work he did not do and his "off brand gasket" is in a box here waiting for him STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND HIS COMPANY!

This business is NOT RECOMMENDED. Joshua is claiming that he is able to fix everything, including the AC. I hired him to fix my AC, but instead, he caused a bigger problem than there was and charged me $4,100 for replacing my AC compressor, although he is claiming that he saved me $15â $17k since it is a $22k system. I got the whole system replacement quote today for around $5k, and I will have to do that after this disaster has happened to my AC. He has claimed that he is a certified HVAC tech, but he was not able to provide any kind of proof and is still not verified by the state of Florida board either. He promised to provide his credentials, but we still got nothing. I couldnâ t find him listed in the state license database, EPA 608, or any other database you could find related to the HVAC repairs but still waiting if he can provide that proof.. Not to mention that the rabbit hole he created took 3 weeks with non-functional AC in Florida weather these days (temperatures of 95 degrees minimum). Please beware of this business, and hopefully you will not go through it like I did. I will need to dig deeper with the state officials to figure out this business and personnelâ s credentials. Again, I am waiting for the business to provide their proof of certification. And yes, they stopped communicating with me after I requested their credentials! I am still waiting for them to send their credentials. All the information above is well documented. Please BE CAREFUL!

Josh was very informative and explained the issue and recommended a resolution to the refrigerator problem. He ordered the part needed and completely repaired the problem within 2 days. He also adjusted the fridge so that it still ran while waiting for the part to come in, so I didn't lose any food.

Converted from an electric cooktop to a 6 burner 36”gas rangetop. Josh did an amazing job with the installation including cutting the exiting granite to fit the rangetop, converting the electric, running the gas lines and trimming the cabinets to fit. Everything works as promised and we are very happy with the job he did. This is one of those cases where paying a little extra for quality workmanship was worth it. I highly recommend this company.
