We have used Mark Long since moving to Orlando in the early 1990's. He has always been very fail on his estimates of work done. After the second pipe burst, Mark suggested a full re-route of all interior water lines. He took time to explain the work scope and went over his estimates. The work started and went smoothly. Mark always got our feedback if there was something encountered not considered in the original work scope. An approximate 3' x 3' square opening was required for each contact to a current water port (sink, toilet, dishwasher, laundry, etc.). Mark made sure that the wallboard replacement was done professionally (by a 3rd party) and to his strict standards. After all the sheetrock was replaced, you could not tell where the work was done. We have been very secure in the fact that this was a good investment in the maintenance of our home. In deed, some of our neighbors have had significant water damage due to pipe ruptures in the original copper pipes. Mark warrants his work but we have had no problems in the last two years.

Mark replaced our rusted and leaking garbage disposal with a new model that they had on the truck. We were not sure what type to buy - but they knew exactly what would work best and completed the job in a jiffy. They have always taken good care of all our plumbing needs in a friendly and professional manner. We recommend them to everyone.

Project went very well. Normally, I would do a project like this myself, but frankly I didn't feel up to it. Mark came to the house and showed us that it wasn't as simple a project as I had thought because the exit drain was installed too high in my home by the original builder. Because of this, he would have to re-work some of the plumbing, causing him to have to cut out a section of drywall. Since it was a much bigger job than both of us initially thought, we had to re-schedule. Mark came out the next week and he and his son did a great job. Garbage disposal was switched, plumbing re-done, drywall was re-installed/patched and he even added the orange peel surface to the drywall to match the rest of the room. Very satisfied with him and will certainly call him again if we have another need for a plumber.

He seemed good. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He was courteous and punctual. I would highly recommend him to others.
