Brian the salesman showed up at the scheduled time. He made recommendations on the size color and patterns of the kerbing. The workers arrived early on the day to install the kerb. Was very happy with the job they did.

The installation crew was timely & professional; however, their cleats left holes in the concrete which dried. Also, I told the sales rep that I wanted a beige/neutral color- I specifically said not pink, definitely not pink- but the color she ended up ordering for us was pink-toned. We've had them back out about 3-4 times to look at the problem, & each time they agree it's a problem & state they will fix it by getting a new paint color, but nothing ever happens. We've sent multiple letters & made multiple phone calls, but all we get are empty promises. The owner just came over a few weeks ago to look at it again. This has been going on for a year. Overall, they do good work, but I am disappointed in their failure to keep their promises in a timely manner.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS OF THE JOB. THE CREW ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND PERFORMED THE WORK TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS, WITH VERY NICE RESULTS. THE TEAM TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THE 72 HOUR AFTER CARE PROCESS IN GREAT DETAIL. OVERALL, WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED AND ARE CONSIDERING INSTALLING THIS IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE IN THE SPRING.
