Tuffy Tire & Auto Service

I specifically was having an issue with some new tires I bought and suspected they had radial pull. They were courteous and fast with the repairs. When the technician went to test drive the vehicle I was standing outside. I'm young but drive a nicer car, I saw him stop behind the building and shuffle around in his seat. I guess the technician didnt think I was the owner and when he went to park the car infront of the building as I walked to the drivers door he got startled and dropped a bunch of change that he had in his hand. He studdered through a fragment sentence then walked away giving me the keys.
He took about $2 in quarters from my console. I wouldn't be surprised if his shuffling in the seat was him looking to see if I had any electronics in the car.
The car still had the same issue when I left so I came back. Upset about him stealing but I paid for a service. The manager again was prompt and courteous. When the technician saw that I wasn't going to say anything he decided to stand in front of me with a new bag of chips and soda; smiling. When I was done there, I just told myself I wont go there again.

We know them really well and they do a really great service. Their prices are reasonable. They are very customer service oriented.

It was my first time at Tuffy Tire and Auto Service. I was greeted in a friendly manner by Ryan and my car was taken in for service even though I didn't have an appointment. Ryan had his mechanics run a test to see if I needed an alignment. He showed me the test results and I gave him the and quot;go aheadand quot; to do the work. It didn't take long and while I was there, I noticed the waiting room was clean, comfortable and busy. They were continually helping people which told me people trusted them. Perhaps they were repeat customers just like I will be in the future.
