Had to wait a year while they were trying to find a tenant for property. Tenant was finally signed and they paid rent for about 6 months then stopped. Company dragged their feet collecting back rent then informed me I would have to hire a lawyer for eviction. Lawyer they use for evictions didn't seem to know the company well and there were many "mis-communications" Following eviction, repairs had to be made to town home and company was evasive as to when I could get my escrow funds/security deposits back to help pay for the repairs. Was finally told that there were no funds due to charges that I never authorized or was even informed about. After getting an agreement from the owner on my refund, I was sent a check for $250 less than agreed upon for another "charge". After yet another heated phone call it was finally agreed to send me the balance. This is not a good way to do business.
Description of Work: I hired this company to manage a town home for me and had issues from the start with the property manager, getting phone calls returned and waiting almost a year to get a tenant into the property. The company's owner, always reassured me that everything was being taken care of, but I ended up doing much of the leg work.
