Universal Rock Construction Services Corporation is a company that provides excellent general facility maintenance work, home inspections, General Contracting, Construction Maintenance, and water- proofing work. No project is too small or too large. Robert Flakes is the owner of the company. Robert is an expert in the construction industry with over 30 years of experience. Robert is a State Certified General Contractor, State Certified Home Inspector and has a B.S. Degree in Construction. Robert has worked on an array of construction projects, from Hundred Million dollar projects to home additions. Payment is due upon completion of work completion unless a draw schedule is needed.
