They were on time, walked through and discussed, cleaned in the amount of time that they estimated and were very courteous and thourough. They walked through with me when the cleaning was complete and I was amazed at how good the rental house looks from thier cleaning.

The experience was very good. They did a really good job. Other than just the basic house cleaning they moved stuff. They moved furniture around; they cleaned behind my tub and moved it out. They cleaned under the beds. They move anything that they can move except for really heavy objects. Most cleaners I have had just kind of clean around the stuff. The Maids of Orlando move furniture, pick up rugs and clean under rugs. It’s just really nice. If I have any big plants or trees, tables or chairs, they move all that stuff and clean underneath it. They have these extenders in the vacuum and they clean the dust off up on the ceiling and high up on the walls. They have been good. The price was very good. I talked to the guy and they changed my date. I guess they found something in their vacuum cleaner that they sucked from underneath the couch. It was a tiny picture and they weren’t sure to throw it or not. So they mailed it to me. They just went ahead and did it. They are very good in rescheduling and they remember everything I tell them. They have multiple people that act like little teams. They have a team leader so I can just talk to the team leader and tell him what I want. He will make sure everything gets done. It only takes them minimum amount of time because they go to all corners of the house at the same time. I like them.

They did not clean for me. They billed anyway and then blackmailed with court to try to elicit payment. The absolute worst experience in my 42 years. They lied and are now stealing from my family.

Out of principle, and a genuine desire to help ensure that no one else has to suffer a similar circumstance with this company as I have, we are continuing to pursue justice in this case.  After reading the provider response from the owner of this company franchise; I am, for one, disappointed and shocked that anyone purporting to be a reputable business owner, would feel that it is appropriate to openly discuss and disclose personal, private details regarding any family on a public site, even law protected medical information pertaining to one of my children, in an attempt to defend their personal agenda. Even despite the obvious privacy that we all have rights to, this information was obtained under false pretenses, and used in their response to a negative review they received by me. Not only do I feel that this is this inappropriate and unprofessional, but one more statement from their website that has proved to be false in my unfortunate experience with this company. The company brand itself and the franchise individually, both state that all information regarding their clients is confidential. It does not state that this is conditional based upon a client(or potential client's) review of the company's services, which they also state and maintain that they guarantee the satisfaction of any services that they provide. It's clear and evident that I was not a satisfied person and instead of receiving any offer of solution whatsoever or even being treated with a human factor, I was instead bullied and threatened and subsequently sued for payment for services that were never rendered. I stand by my review one hundred percent. I was completely honest about my experience and now also my personal experience in this situation. I stated the facts as best as I could without making it too lengthy or divulging personal details of my family as well as private information regarding my witness. I fully admitted that the matter had been to court and that the subsequent outcome of the case was not in my favor. That was my own fault for my lack of knowledge of the system and in assuming that the truth automatically prevails. Unfortunately that's not the reality of our court system and another reason that it was important to me to let other people who are inexperienced in dealing with unscrupulous business practices, know what can happen. It's crucial to keep everything simple and to the point from the court standpoint. I absolutely confused the issues, and confused myself even, by feeling it necessary to explain my whole life story, while suffering through a prolonged sleep deprived week, during in a fifteen minute court allotment to a busy judge at the end of a long day. The alleged inconsistencies that I was accused of making by this judge, were only questions he was asking regarding irrelevant information to the case and that had nothing to do with the cleaning service this company claims to have provided. I stumbled over myself when providing all the proper coordinating names and ages of my children, and then on questions regarding the exact travel dates of the frequent out of town visitor who had appeared as my witness. Both my witness and myself kept referring this incident as to have occurred during her visit for Halloween that previous year. To clarify, the incident officially occurred on the last of September. The judge shook his head and seemed to feel that we had been inconsistent because he stated that Halloween is October 31st. I tried to explain that in our family, Halloween is more than just one day, but is in fact, our favorite family holiday, that we celebrate it as a whole season. I had provided this particular vacation as a gift to our previous housekeeper and her young son(who live in the midwest) to come for a fall break, decorate for Halloween and we took them to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. So therefore, when the judge asked what her travel dates were, her response was that she was here for Halloween of which, he found to be inconsistent and not possibly true as  he clearly stated his perception of Halloween as strictly being the day of October 31st. When I attempted to explain that we start decorating on September 15th and that Disney has party dates in September and all through October, he said that I wasn't allowed to speak and made me leave the room. Since the judge felt that we were not able to be straight with those basic facts, he made his decision there at that point in favor of the plaintiff. The judge then proceeded to go into lengthy discussion and detail the case that had been heard prior to ours that day, where a person "had been led out in handcuffs", because the judge felt the person was not being completely truthful. Then I was really a nervous wreck, because all I'm thinking is ,what in the world is going on, and that I'm just a mom and not a criminal. I don't even speed. I'm thinking that I go into court to defend this little small claims case in which I'm trying to stand up for what I feel is right, and now I'm being threatened with actual jail because I'm so exhausted that I need toothpicks to hold my eyes open and I can't remember what year one of my daughters was born on. It was pretty scary. The judge seemed to think I was nuts, and all the while I'm feeling like I'm in the Twilight Zone. I really believe that any parent can understand sleepless nights, up with kids, and still having to function during the day the best you can. And what parent doesn't sometimes go to call out to one child, but accidentally says the name of a sibling instead. I am human and not perfect, but I do know whether or not my house was professionally cleaned.  And by the owner's own admission of claiming to have cleaned my home in three hours is obviously ludicrous, considering the size of the job alone, but also by what their website states are their basic guidelines for even their general weekly clean"s requirements and most especially by what a first time clean would entail. The case was filed against my husband as well, whom they had never even spoken to. My husband was never served or had any knowledge of the situation and therefore was not present in court, but the judge still decided judgement against him as well.  The owner then, falsely, filed contempt of court charges against us both for non payment of the judgement(she filed it after we submitted payment to her personally and I would like to note that we also paid it within the 10 days time frame that was specified by the judge), in order to attempt to  blackmail me into removing my negative review. I have a video recording of this as well. The judge told her that reviews good or bad were the nature of doing business and her contempt claim was ultimately dismissed. We are currently working with an attorney and putting together a lawsuit against this company for what they have put us through, and if we are able to prevail and recover the $420 plus court costs of $172 that we originally lost in this case, the money will go directly to the shelter where I volunteer. This is not about money for me. I certainly would not want to deprive her of any work she had legitimately done, and if she had actually tried and done even an unsatisfactory job, then I would have paid her anyway. However,  I can not stand by as a company who is franchised in our community to be so deceitful by billing hard working people for work they have not done and then using our justice system as a tool to intimidate and initiate payment unjustly. I am trying to keep my personal feeling out of my review and updates and only provide the facts as I know them and can prove. It is so difficult because I feel so strongly offended by this dishonesty. I truly hope that anyone can ascertain, from everything printed here, that I am providing a true account of my experience. I am, as even the owner herself described me, a mother of five children(o

I think they did a good job. They have enough people and they were quick. They have a crew to do the job.

I contacted the company and talked with one of the owners.  Everything was clearly explained.
For the initial cleaning, we opted for a "deep clean" described above.  A team of four arrived and the team leader introduced herself.  She then walked the house with me and went over everything they would do and answer any questions.   They arrived at the appointment time.
We now have them come weekly.   Again, 4 persons come out and it takes them a little over an hour.  There is always a team leader who is excellent in English and communication.
I get a call the day before our scheduled appointment letting me know the time window they will arrive.  The one time they were running behind,  I got a call from the Team Leader letting me know when I could expect them.
When I have had questions or needed clarification, the owners Alex and Lynn are quick to respond and followup.
VERY HAPPY with THE MAIDS

They sent four employees: Mariah, Ana, Raquel, and Esperanza.  They are very thorough and do a wonderful job. The cost was justified because they performed a detailed cleaning.   It took them ten hours to clean our 10,000 square foot home. They have great team work. They are also prompt, professional, and efficient. I would recommend their services.
