They responded quickly to make the appointment. Followed up with emails and sent a picture of the technician. He could not fix the fans since we did not have the parts. I did not ask him to order the part so he looked up for me where I could order the part and gave me the information.

I accepted and I asked when the install would take place and the electrician said right now. He was fully prepared to get my project completed. It was completed on the spot and in no time at all.
