Can't seem to delete previous negative review so I'm adding this one, after meeting with manager, was able to get our HVAC system back online and repaired that day. Tech that came out was really nice, was able get the parts that day and made sure everything was good before leaving. They do stand behind their work and I think that they were just as upset that the system had broken again as we were.

Bad experience. Once you pay, they will not do the work. Always the easy route of wanting to sell you a new AC unit instead of repairing a unit. Thankfully I got a second opinion and got it fixed.

Fantastic company! Our air broke late in the day on Sunday, Father's Day. We called them and the response was immediate. Everyone in the company from Giovanny, Chris, to the young lady who answers the phone were phenomenal. Giovanny did a temporary fix that day so we could have air that night until the part could arrive. Chris at the company rushed it for us the next day. Everyone really tries to go above and beyond. Even received two calls from the company the next day to make sure all was good! Extremely satisfied customers.

I wish I could give 6 stars! Armstrong AC went above and beyond. From he initial call I made, where they came right away to assess my needs, to the installation a full new HVAC system and compressor: Every person I worked with was professional, very friendly and very responsive. I'm a first time home owner, and found many service places lack .. but Armstrong AC proved there are amazing service people out there that truly care about their work, and being there for their customers. Thank you so much to the team for the excellent service. Everyone went above and beyond what anyone can expect .. and that is truly appreciated.

UPDATE 2/18/2021: Armstrong saved us again! Our other unit on the bedroom side of our house decided to die, so I didn’t hesitate to call Armstrong again! Let me tell you, Tom Hyatt is so wonderful and replied to our “emergency” (because in FL having no working ac unit IS an emergency). From 2018 when I walked in to an 83 degree home with my husband who literally was coming home from back surgery, to now in 2021 where my MIL (post stroke) is staying with us, Tom has saved us without hesitation both times. No other company could say “we can temporarily cool your home to get you through tonight and install a new unit tomorrow.” Crew was on time, friendly and polite as could be. When they left, they cleaned up so well - which I really appreciated. I can’t recommend them enough. When our 13 year old Trane system (10 SEER) decided to die, we contacted Armstrong for a new system. We had used them previously for annual maintenance (Christian and Lenny are amazing) and really liked the level of customer service. Tom Hyatt came out and gave us an amazing deal on a new Carrier system (15 SEER) and even upgraded both thermostats to a new digital one. Installation was great, Israel and Fernando were SO polite a professional and arrived on time! I would highly recommend Armstrong for both maintenance/repair and installation.

Armstrong AC & Heating is an awesome group!I contacted them to have a maintenance check on my AC/Heat System. Within 30 minutes Devon arrived at my house. After his thorough inspection, findings and suggestion I decided that it was time to replace my current system at that time. Best decision I made!Mr Tom Hyatt was who contacted me to review pricing, details and installation timing. He is truly an expert and professional in his field as well as his entire team. Within a day I was having a new AC/Heat System installed. The Installation Team arrived right at the scheduled 8:30 am time and steadily worked throughout the day removing the old system and installing the new. By 3:30 pm the Installation was complete and the team was explaining all the features to my new system. The Armstrong AC & Heating team goes above and beyond to provide best customer service.

Armstrong Air and Heating is by far the best service company ! Matthew Roberts the technician is unbeatable ! He will go up and beyond the call. He is honest, trustworthy, has incredible amount of patience and knows his stuff ! He walked me through everything he was doing, taught me how my air conditioner works, what needed to be done to get it right, walked me through pricing and answered all my questions. Armstrong will never make you wait. Their prices are great. The office truly treats you like family and every time you call you will always get them personally. Their employees from Tabitha at the desk, Chris in dispatching to the technicians are honest, trustworthy and dependable. I would never trust my air conditioner, heater or home to anyone else . You will never find a company that you can truly trust and love like this one.

Armstrong Air & Heating had originally installed a new HVAC system in 2009, which worked perfectly for our home until 2020 (almost 11 years to the day), including surviving having a tree dropped on the house by Hurricane Irma in 2017, directly above the outside unit! When that system went kaput (not unexpected given its daily use here in Florida, as well as a lack of routine annual maintenance on my part...), there was no question that I would again call on Armstrong to look at to repair, or replace, the system. Matt (technician) came out to look everything over, and showed me the numerous problems he had discovered. We fully discussed repair vs replace options, and it looked to be that replacing the system was likely the most viable option. Matt emailed his Manager, Tom Hyatt, to follow-up with me regarding replacement options. Tom called me within 30 minutes of that email and we discussed several different choices/pricing. Tom, and his colleague, Dennis, then came out within the hour, to look over the space where the unit would go, and to take measurements to ensure the unit would fit, and to set the installation date. The two HVAC Installers even arrived a little early, and then worked steadily to complete the installation in a timely manner, and get me back in the 'cool' air, again! My new system is working splendidly, and I could not be happier with my choice of the HVAC System, as well as the Business! I was impressed with the professionalism, and friendliness, of all the persons involved (starting with my call to the office, through the installers). I would not hesitate to recommended Armstrong Air & Heating to anyone looking for great service, wonderful products, and reasonable pricing! Thank you for everything, Tom and Team! Holly

My experience with Armstrong Air was phenomenal. My old A/C system was a constant problem, and once again broke right at the start of summer. Armstrong knew my history with my old unit, since they were the ones that we had fix it so often, so they were quick to provide a wonderful experience. We were lent a spot cooler to cool the house between the time the system broke, and the time that it was repaired, which helped the house from being a blistering 90 inside. The install itself went great, was finished hours before I expected it to be, and the workers were very polite and friendly. I very much appreciate all the hard work that Armstrong, and particularly Tom, put in to making sure my home was comfortable and cooling.
