Needed our stucco home exterior painted. Received 3 quotes (2 from Angi List and one from somebody that lives in our neighborhood). Prime Building Renovations quote was the best, by a lot. Their quote was more in line with what I thought this project should cost. They communicated well through email, text and on the phone. Text when they were on their way, on the day scheduled, and finished on-time. In the end, it is about the quality of the job, and boy was it an amazing job. I wish I could post photos. It was so good, I spent extra time just trying to find any missed spots, but it was perfect. Even the plants and mulch were protected, it was a clean job. It was so good that even my neighbor hired them to do their garage. I strongly recommend them for stucco repair and painting your house. And soon I am going to have them quote remolding our third bathroom which they have a lot of experience doing. I feel we got lucky finding someone that takes pride in their work and still enjoys doing what they do.
