I could not be more pleased with my new roof from Tiger Roofing. The entire process went smoothly and was completed on time as planned. I never had to call to follow-up nor wonder what was happening next or when. Their work ethic was amazing; showing up when they said they would, and working long hours. It was so noticeable that I received comments from my neighbors. I appreciated that they worked with me in finding a suitable roofing material on which my solar system could be reinstalled. My objective was to never have to deal with the roof again and I believe I have that in the state of the art Brava composite tile roof they installed.

A wonderful company and have my new roof in lease than two weeks, beautiful and will use them again in the future.

Many “Thanks” to Eric and Tiger Roofing for their expertise and professionalism in helping me in the repair of my roofing nightmare. During hurricane Helene is when my problems began. I contacted my homeowner’s insurance company. They did their due diligence and after the inspection of the roof, it was determined that the original roof install was done improperly as it was found that material was left under the continuous ridge vent that allows water to intrude into the interior of the home during periods of heavy rain. Because of the faulty installation, my claim was denied, and I was advised to contact the builder. I contacted the builder, they contacted their roofer, and the roofer supposedly fixed the problem. The next heavy rain came, and the leaks resurfaced. After countless attempts to get the builder and their roofer to repair that area of the roof properly, I contacted Tiger Roofing. Eric came out to inspect the roof and took pictures with his infrared camera. This camera allowed him to pinpoint the problem areas. This infrared camera device was not used by the other roofers. Eric was very thorough, took plenty of pictures of the problem areas and sat down with me and explained the root cause of my problems and pointed out some additional areas that could become problems in the future. Eric advised that Tiger Roofing would take care of those problem areas that the original roofers failed to repair. He offered to do these repairs at a reasonable price, and I am grateful to Tiger Roofing for their professional services. We have had some recent storms with heavy downpours but so far (and thank God) that I have NOT had any more leaks.
