Bryan was great!!! This was a very good experience!
I called in the morning to setup the appointment and I got his voicemail so I left a message. I was surprised when I didn't get a call back that day. The next morning I still hadn't gotten a response so I decided to find another company to call. Just as I was about to call another company, Bryan returned my call from the previous day. I would rate this as a C or D, but I called him a couple of other times after this and he was very responsive, so that's why I'm giving him a B overall.
The good news is after an almost non-start, everything was great. I called a week in advance and he was able to accommodate the time I needed. We moved out Friday morning and wanted him to clean the carpets on Friday afternoon. I called him back a couple days later when I realized I also wanted to have the carpet cleaned in a room in the new place we were moving into. It was short notice, but he was able to fit it in on Thursday morning, the day before the movers were bringing our furniture.
Thursday morning he showed up at our new place on time. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and did a great job. He even helped us move some bookcases and belongings out of the room that we hadn't finished moving before he got there.
The next day he came early to the place we just moved out of. However we were still tied up with the movers and weren't able to meet him to let him in. We told him that we would be there as soon as we could. He took the initiative to talk to the management office to see if they would let him into our unit, which was something I hadn't even thought of. He called me back and I spoke to the management person and asked if they would let him into our unit. They did and it saved us from making an extra trip. Instead of rushing over to let him in, we were able to finish with the movers and take our time. He called when he was almost done and then we drove over to meet him.
He also did a great job at the place we moved out of. The carpet looked great and a number of stains came out that I didn't think they would.
I didn't do a lot of shopping around so I don't know for sure about the price, but it seemed reasonable to me.
