The simple reason that you don't feel the electric shock like you thought it would be does not mean we did a bad job or incomplete work. "Hello, We have already answered your review on our other platforms. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. We would like to clear up the fact that we did not overcharge you. We have a set price for home diagnostics, which our technician clearly stated to you, and we have your signature in our records stating that you are okay with the price for our home diagnostic. We also need to clear up the fact that, aside from the home diagnostic, you asked our technician if said item was broken, and he gave you an answer. That item being broken or not was not part of the home diagnostic that you paid us for. Lastly, for the quote that needs to be sent, we are a growing business, and we have many customers, including yourself, that we have to attend to, as well as other businesses that we work with to get the supply prices needed to create an estimate. We do understand that it can be frustrating to not get an estimate right away, but we do appreciate all of our wonderful customers patience in cases where the wait time for an estimate might be longer than usual. We pride ourselves on giving 98% or more of our customers the estimates as soon as we are about to leave their homes, but sometimes due to complications, that cannot be done.
