I learned that I had a slow kitchen old pipe/valve leak caused several square feet of standing water for years under lower kitchen cabinets to grow two types of mold from ground up to behind granite backsplash. While not a disaster, the water and mold were much worse than we imagined, considering we've lived in 1962 house for 13 years and termite pro guessed it's at least several years of slow leak and mold growth, based on mushroom that grew. I used Angi('s List, now with HomeAdvisor), Google Reviews, BBB.org to whittle down potential contractors for mold remediation services down to a few, and chose All Dry based on customer reviews across the nation from this locally owned franchise, where the average score nationally was roughly 4.5 out of 5 being perfect score for many dozen reviews nationally. That was just criteria one. Add to that I developed some confidence and rapport with the tech lead Karla and owner/president Alex, recognizing the technology tools, standard operating procedures and training that a nationwide franchise offers for those seeking quality at a fair price, having checked out the credentials through third party sources regarding the licensed expert who trains local business, and All dry contract having agreed to bill my homeowners insurance company directly and at industry standard prices. All Dry Broward & Doral performed an excellent job. I'd characterize the three people I interacted with, president, tech and tech lead, as fair, honest, competent, diligent, industrious, empathetic (caring), and responsive. And that last one, responsive, should be one of the most important traits we customers seek in a crisis at the home like this. I think each of them tried and succeeded to go above the call of duty to ensure my experience was beyond satisfactory, if not excellent, in a situation where can be difficult. If you can't tell, I have high standards and expectations in everything important like this. Job well done, team! Thank you!
