This guy showed up on Tuesday and started Wednesday; but ran into a snag cause the post we ordered were incorrect. He drove all the way to Ft. Myers to get the correct post and completed the job on Thursday! All by himself! He was there after dark working and finished it! He does excellent work and goes beyond what was expected of him! I would highly recommend him if you have any projects you need done by a Master Carpenter!

Actually, Mr Symonette is very versatile. He installed a safety latch and a self closing spring hinge on a walk through chain link gate that We were having a hard time finding someone that could do the job. It wasnâ t a big job, but a very tedious one and it required some good skill to get it together. He did a great job for us and I highly recommend him. As his business card reads, â No job is too smallâ and he lives up to doing a very professional with high quality results. We wouldâ t hesitate to call him again for a small or big job. Mr. Symonette responded promptly to my request to have a fence post replaced. His price was reasonable given that he performed the replacement on a Sunday. He was extremely professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Mr. Symonette called me rather promptly, got to our place on the same day and solved our problem with creativity. This guy is good.

He was very helpful, and did a lot of other work for me (little odd jobs). He did a good job with everything. He also did a fence, laid some hardwood floors in two bedrooms, and a front step; beyond the kitchen work they did for me (he rebuilt a drawer that had fallen apart).

Would never hire hiim again. He said that he was an experienced tile layer which turned out to be false. He was late and worked into the night. He worked very slow. Charged me more than he initially said and tried tp charge me even more. I should not have paid him anything for the work he did. Very disappointed. My tiles are not level and I had to hire another comany to correct the problem.

Slow, Ran out of supplies, ask for more money after the 2nd day on the job, was not up to date with building codes, attempted to use wrong material, late to the job. Was doing another job on alternate days to pay fo supplies on my job. Had to let him go. He would not return part of the deposit. Was willing to pay him for the little work he did. Very dissappointed

Alan fixed our front door which was dragging and had to be slammed to close.... was very annoying. He also replaced the hardware on another door and fixed a ceiling fan that was making a VERY annoying clicking noise. And did it FAST!!! I will definitely use him again for other projects!
