Veltuz Kitchen and Bath

We had a terrible experience with this company. I will not recommend them. They renovated our new home. They did a new kitchen and 3 bathrooms this winter. Anibal, the GC, walked out of the job upon completion. He did not want to be bothered to fix all what needed to be fixed. There were many cracks on the walls and ceiling, the kitchen hood had to be reinstalled, bathrooms were poorly installed. He likes to cut corners and use cheap materials. The job was not fully finished and we had to hire another GC to complete it. Last week, the smoke detectors had to be taken off because of false alarms that happened all the time. Our ceiling fans are still not working. His electrician did a poor job too. 4 months after we moved in, the master bathroom has a huge leak on the walking shower wall. Everything has to be taken apart. He used a plumber license number to file permits, but did not use them for the job. It is just a nightmare now... Anibal presents himself very well. His prices are very competitive and you feel secure when you sign up with him. But do not fall for it. You will regret it, as we do now.

They totally renovated 2 bathrooms and installed lighting in the living room. Through the renovation process they endured through hiring abatement specialists and the removal of asbestos in the ceilings, a hurricane and leaks from another unit. Through it all they were terrific. Most important my place looks beautiful! I live out of state for most of the year so making decisions could be challenging. Yet they helped to make it as easy as possible sending even pain suggestions. They have great attention to detail and wonderful helping to determine the style, look and feel of the bathrooms. I would use them again without reservation.

They were very professional and careful, were very patient. Did a great job.
