Action Mechanical Contractors Installed a new Air Conditioner in June of last year. The thermostat went bad I called AMC they came out the same day. The service man was knowledgeable and changed the thermostat, at the same time he checked out the total system. It was back working in no time. I found that the company reliable and they live on their reputation Ità ¢à  à  s a family run business Juan and Jamie you are the best.

Work done fast and on time

This contractor began by doing an investigative audit of my system and noticed some problems like an ill placed return causing unnecessary load on the system and loss of efficiency. They offered a complete consultation and answered all questions. They left an estimate and kept in touch. They came out to finalize and negotiate contract when I had gotten all the estimates I wanted, but weren t too pushy. Company showed up on time, and did all work as agreed. The work they did was *high quality craftsmanship*. I would recommend this company to all my friends and relatives. Great price too! I m very very happy with the service, the product, and the work. Can t say enough good things about them. The workmen were all polite, clean, and orderly. The experience from start to finish was a ten out of ten.

Aside from not having the correct filters for my new unit; and not delivering them until the following WEEK, It was a VERY professional job, well done in a timely manner! Thank you Jamie!!

I was a little confused about payment options

I can not speak more highly for their work performance. The 3 workers were efficient and expert in doing a very difficult installation.They were exacting to every detail including cleaning up.I don't think any crew could do a better job.And AMC was surprisingly low on their bill for their excellent service.

Very pleased with the entire experience. From the original quote to the installation. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, punctual, honest & professional. From the time we were quoted to the new installation, including the need of a crane, it took less than 28 hrs to be cool once again. We're very happy with the end result and will highly recommend AMC to friends & family or to anyone else who may need their services.

I'm not particularly easy to please and I don't write many reviews, but am making an exception this time to recognize & highly recommend Jamie & Action Mechanical. They installed our new AC system yesterday. It was a difficult installation with a large air Handler in a hot & cramped attic. When they showed up yesterday. It was like the army arrived - 3 trucks & 4 men. They went to work like a well trained team & completed the job in less than 6 hours. Their knowledge & work quality was outstanding (and I checked it thoroughly as this was a big deal for us). I am truly pleased with all aspects of this project from his quick, knowledgeable & very competitively priced initial response/proposal to the high quality thoughtful installation. After 40 years in FL, I've finally found the AC company that I expect to have for many years to come. You will not go wrong by doing business (repair or install) with Jamie & AMC.

I contacted Action Mechanical Contractors at around 10 am because I noticed my air conditioner was broken. It was 16 years old so I wanted a new one. Within two hours they were here with a brand new unit for my house. I cannot tell you how amazed I am with their service. I am still in awe. Huge thumbs up!

Prompt abd courteous

Called me at 10 am told me that he would be here between 2-5 pm. Arrived at 10:50 Am, diagnosed the problem, gave me the quote and installed the required parts and had the unit running in minutes. I am very pleased with the work and service and highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. I had an emergency with my AC as the weather was going up to high 90 s and it was Easter Sunday! James the owner came out immediately and saw my problem and the next morning sent his workers to replace my AC. His price was great and their work was impeccable. Highly highly recommend this company! UPDATE 9/29/2020: They did not get the proper permits needed after numerous emails and phone calls. We are still not done. I would not use them if they cannot get proper paperwork completed that is required by your city.
