Kudos to Sunrise on their customer communications. Owner called back within a few hours, worked with me to arrange time of service, called back to confirm time, and again on morning of service. My two neighbors requested service and owner promptly returned those calls and set up appointments as well.

This is the second time Mateo and crew have cleaned our roof. They did a quality job both times, and we will use them again when needed,

Very professional, very courteous and prompt for the appointment. I was concerned about my screen caving in from all of the leaves and debris that came down from Hurricane Irma. Knowing my concern they gave me their first appointment in the morning the very next day. Their service was superior to all of the other gutter cleaners I have used throughout the years. They also power washed my patio that was loaded with soil that had been left would of ruined the freshly painted patio. Now my patio sparkles in the sunlight. There is no evidence that Hurricane Irma even swept through my home. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. You asked to rate by a 5 star rating. If there was a 10 star rating, I would of given them 10 stars. It's not always easy to find quality, professional workmanship. But, in this case, I just did. I will continue to use them regularly. Matt called to advise me he would be 10 minutes late and I found that to be excellent customer service. When he arrived, he introduced himself gave me his business card and explained his plan of action. He was very careful not to damage anything on my property and took his time. He was clean and did an excellent job. I will definitely hire Matt again to do other pressure cleaning and roof cleaning for me and recommend him to my neighbors. He is a true gentleman.
