I just had 22 windows and 5 doors replaced by Statewide Windows & Doors in my historic district home, and the whole experience was far better than I ever imagined. Ordered almost $12,000 in windows, I was told they were in. My salesman told me he would contact me to revise my interest contract. I went on vacation waiting for the call, returned from vacation 10 days later, no call. I called and text him several times. He answered and said he'd take care of it the next morning, he didn't. He then text me for some inforamtion and I sent it to him and never heard from him again. I spoke to a manager and he told me he would get it done. Nothing, I am now in a new week (almost 3 weeks later), nobody has called me, although my windows are still at the shop I guess???? They took my downpayment, made the sale but no windows. Bad, poor business and customer service. I will be going somewhere else for my next set of windows for the remainder of my home. *** My update - I have now revised my stars to 1. My windows have been in since the beginning of September, but due to their imcompetency they cannot be installed until 9/24. This company just keeps getting worse by the day. Here is an update: I purchased windows from this company. They want me to sign some documents on docusign, I have not received them. They are threatening to put a lien on my home because I didn't sign the document sthat were NOT sent to me. Obviously there is a problem with this docusign application.

HOA denied their windows and they will not give our deposit back even though they have not yet purchased the windows.

Statewide Windows installed a broken window, damage all the door frames around my patio doors and cut an electrical wire (left it exposed) around one of the door frames. My walls were intact prior to the installation; They completed the installation without saying anything to me about the damage or the broken window. When I brought it to their attention that they cut my electrical wire, they said that they would send someone to repair it. Then they said that the wire inside the wall was too close to the door frame, therefore they are not responsible to do any repairs. 6 months later, no one from the company ever came to look at it. I ended up paying for the repairs myself; BEWARE of their contract because they have a clause in there to protect them if they damage your property. As a homeowner, you will not only pay for the windows and doors but you will be left to pay for any damage that they cause to your property. It took me 5 months after the installation to get properly fitted screens for 2 of the windows; Statewide shows not only poor workmanship but shows a general carelessness about the customer beyond getting their money.

This was the worst company we have ever had to deal with. A 2 day job has lasted 5 months and we are still waiting for it to be completed. Permits were not pulled until after the job was done for one part of the project and still not inspected. The management staff is a JOKE, they don't call you back they make the girls in the office deal with upset customers. The owner doesn't care about anything going on, my husband and I have both left several messages and when I say several probably 6 message each for the owner to call us and nothing. He has no idea how the two clowns that are the managers there are running his business. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They say they don't take all the widows out at once and that's a lie. They put doors that are to small in and think it's acceptable to fill the space with shims. The crew at my house was there till after 10 pm doing terrible work. No manger to come out and look at the terrible work that's done. Sorry and very disappointed I gave my money to the company. Save yourself from frustration and disappointment and use another company. I am still waiting for a call back from a manager but they don't call because they don't like to hear the truth. When you call the office they are always out or busy. This company is a joke and should not be in business. Terrible customer service and rude staff. The owner should be more involved with what's going on and should return calls. When you put a bad review on their website it never gets put up. Stay away it will be the beat choice you make.

Representative from statewide windows came to my house pitched his windows types and prices. We agreed on a price after a while. I told him I still had two other companies coming to give estimates. He asked me which companies and trying to keep an open and honest dialogue I told him which companies we're coming. He told me what each would do and say and I said I still need to listen to them and then I'll make a decision afterwards. Yeah, here's the part, that's one for the books. I went to get some money and dropped it before I got back to the representative. I couldn't find it anywhere. I asked him not to leave until I find it, now he could have left but he didn't. He called his boss told him what happened to and I asked him to help me find it. And he found it. Let's just say it was a lot of money. Statewide Windows rep. was really a exceptional person, honest, and knowledgeable. More importantly he was exactly right about the other sales people. At the end of the day I call Statewide Windows back and agreed the buy from them. Now let's see how the rest of the process goes. I feel confident it will go smoothly. Update Update, read my 1st review. Still very satisfied I suggest you read my first review. With that said it's only been a few days they've now come out and measure my windows. Explain the process, said when my Windows come in and I'll make a deposit, set- up final installation. It seems a lot of people complain when they don't have their messages or phone calls answered instantly or on time. If you do any homework at all, you'll see it's a process. First, the pitch of their product. Then someone has to come measure your windows. The measurements have to be sent to a company who manufactures your windows, installation time needs to be set up and then the installation happens. Usual time 6 to 12 weeks. If you want windows in a week, can go to Willy's one day windows you have them put in a week. Fake name. I'll continue updating as my process goes along. I'm happy so far and my expectations have been met or exceeded.Thanks My windows came . I don't think the installers realized they were going to have to cut my windows out. They had a lot of work it took three guys 10 hours my windows are in they look great. Could not be happier. It took the town of Port St Lucie Florida longer to finish the permit then for Statewide to install my windows. To be fair it's The great Corvid 19 plague of 2020's fault. Statewide Windows finished caulking right before the inspection. That was genius on Statewide's part. To be very truthful I can't say a single bad word about MY experience with Statewide Windows. Here's my advice for anybody looking to upgrade their windows or any other contractor upgrade for that matter. Be patient, be kind, ALWAYS get at least 3 estimates. (recommended by the state of Florida fraud department), Call companies back without them knowing it's you, ask them if they can fix a problem that's not theirs, if you're not willing to help, or they don't get back to you that's a big red flag. The longer it takes for them to get back to you, is the longer it's going to take for you to fix a problem when you really have one. I got prices from $5000 to $35000 so it's up to you and our reviews to make sure you comfortable with the price you get. Remember everything is negotiable don't be pressured into making any instant purchases. If the price is good today and not tomorrow move on from that company. I will leave pictures if I can. Very impressed! This business was efficient and easy to work with. Statewide did exactly what they said they would do - install the eight windows, new entry door and new sliding door precisely as discussed and agreed upon at the price point disclosed. It was right before Christmas so was slightly hesitant to even do this project & obviously fearful that the project would not be completed in time (before family arrived). Thankfully this company sticks to their word - they finalized the project in time & on budget. Again, very impressed & HIGHLY recommend. Unfortunately I can't recall the name of the young lady I spoke with who was handling things for me & my wife but she was great.
