We had 2 pools to have resurfaced and asked for diamond brite and for a discount for doing two pools.  Kim said she would give us $200 off each pool.  We said if pleased with first pool, we would go for 2nd pool.  First pool was an investment house....it looked okay after finishing it, except it was very cloudy and green not real blue that we had asked for.  They added chemicals and all looked okay, so we said do 2nd pool (our home).  Said they would start on a Thursday, did not show up until Monday (no calls, I had to call them repeatedly, and always and excuse as to why it was delayed).  Personal time wasted waiting around for them.  Finally emptied pool on Monday, started retiling around pool and steps on Tuesday and did all other work and started refilling pool on Friday.  All was okay until my children (3 children aged 5 to 10) went in swimming ten days later and started having the pads cut off their toes and there was blood everywhere. . .This did not happen to one child, but to all three on 5 different days...Not just one toe on each foot, but multiple toes on each foot of each childI took pictures.  Started calling Kim and left a message on Wednesday, no response, until late Thursday...someone came and looked...said would come back with a diving tank and fix on Friday.  I had to call her and she made excuses about only a professional could get air tanks filled and her son was busy.  Short and long, no one showed up until Tuesday.  He said he could not come back until Thursday (equipment was in Port St. Lucie), I said it isn't that far, why can't you come back on Wednesday.  He came back on Wednesday and started grinding down tiles and resurface material.  Came back on Thursday and was working for over 2 hours, then said problem was due to the way we were handiling chemicals.  Never said a word about that on Wednesday or Thursday after he had been working on grinding down tiles and surface for 2 hours.  The situation had gotten so bad with my children cutting their feet we had asked them to put on thick socks and it cut through one of those.  They cut their feet (two children) on first pool as well. I would never recommend this company to any one.  We asked for a Diamond Brite finish, were given something else.  So buyer beware...read contract carelully and do not go for cheapest price.  Responsiveness was nNt existent....told my husband she had received my "miserable message".  Our home pool is better since they ground stuff down, but still sharp as razors in some places. First pool, was told it was my problem.   BE CAREFUL ON WHOM YOU CHOOSE!  Contract says they do not use subcontractors, but man fixing problem said he did not work for her and was a subcontractor...go figure...his brother did the tiling...which was so sloppy...it looks as if they just used their fingers to put in cement around tiles...PLEASE BE CAREFUL ON WHOM YOU CHOOSE TO RESURFACE YOUR POOL!!!!!!!!!!!  Also, we paid immediately and on time as per contract.  Second pool on the Friday, she left two messages saying, "please make sure you RELEASE MY FUNDS and pay my men", but certainly did not respond to my children cutting their feet to the point of blood all over my floors and car...she did not want to know!!!!!!!  Do not be lulled into a false sense of confidence because you are dealing with a woman.

They did a good job. I have no complaints. They were fast and were good quality.
