They were very professional over the home and arrived on time with a call confirming they were on the way. Technician was thorough in servicing the unit and installed the UV light quickly. He recommended we go with the less expensive one based on our needs and told us it would be two weeks before we see the complete difference. We noticed the difference on air quality immediately. My daughter is off all allergy medications which she was taking twice a day and I am down to one a day. Well worth the cost. We signed up for the annual service plan and look forward to having our unit maintained on a regular schedule now. I used them based on a reccomendation from a friend and would reccomend them to others.

Called about noon on Saturday, and was told the technician would be here before 5pm. Ian was here much before then. Ian made a point of covering his shoes each time he came in and out of the house. He tested the wiring and reviewed installation of our thermostat (installed 2 months ago), and made changes. We had cool air as he left!
He also alerted us that we might want an electrician to run a new whip wire to the heat pump unit.
We were thrilled at the thorough analysis and diagnosis of the problem, and the ability to avoid the expensive options from the former service provider.

Sansone provided excellent service. I bought an Angie's list big deal for an AC tune-up for $69.00. They contacted me immediately and were here within days. The service technician was very nice and professional and checked and cleaned both the air handler and compressor. He cleaned up afterwards and didn't try to sell me any costly maintenance contracts. I would definitely use them again.

We like them very much. They're very responsive. We've been pleased with them. We signed up and have a contract with them. We were very pleased. It was hot and when they left, it was cold. We went with them because of their responsiveness and their reputation and they've been in the area for years. I've never been disappointed with their reputation. I've always been satisfied with my first unit and now with my second unit. Their service men are very knowledgeable. They're very competitive as far as price.

I’m totally pleased with them. I’m going to get a service contract with them. I think the price was reasonable. I got 3 estimates and all 3 were within the same price range give or take a few hundred dollars maybe $300 or $400 but they were the most professional. They gave me a written quotes and I didn’t have to call them 10 times to ask them for it. I would recommend them to others. They were a little higher than anybody else but their response and their professionalism, I completely appreciated that. They told me what time they’d be here to do the work and they were here on time. They told me how long it was going to take and that’s how long it took.

The service call was $89. The work that needed to be done was 3/4 of the cost of a new unit, so we decided to replace the unit. I was disappointed in the salesman. He tried to use scare tactics because he dealt with me as opposed to my husband. I was not impressed with him at all. They had replaced our neighbor's unit weeks before and it was the exact same unit. The quote they gave me was thousands of dollars more than our neighbor had. When I questioned him, he said he could do something similar to that. I felt like they didn't put their best foot forward. I got quotes from 4 other companies and the company we ended up going with put their best foot forward right up front. I wouldn't use them again. They have done work before and serviced our unit. We've never had an issue with them. They were the company that installed the units to begin with. I didn't like the way the salesman handled the sales call for the new unit so I wouldn't use them for a new unit. They are definitely an A rated company for their service and I would recommend them for service. I would use them for service again and the company is very professional.

When we installed the systems in your neighbors home we installed basic Carrier 16 seer systems. This is why the price was different compared to what we had given to your neighbor. Again, my apologies for the confusion. I know Clark tried to reach your husband over the phone several times to go over the difference, but was unsuccessful. It didn't go very good with Sansone Air Conditioning. It took them a long time figuring out what the problem was. They did eventually resolve the problem. The service technicians were not able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We have had issues with this unit. When the service agreement expires I will not renew it.

In addition, when other problems were found after the compressor was replaced, I show we did not charge you anything extra to fix the bad fan motor. It was all done very well. It was under warranty. We use them a lot and we know the guys that come out here, not all of them but eventually we’ll know their names and they know us and we are always satisfied with their work. If we have any problems, they always seem to fix it. I assume their pricing is competitive. They are very responsive, very punctual and very professional.

We like it a lot and we had it for a long time. They replaced the inside unit, and they gave me a 19.5 sheer air conditioner. They did the job real good, they ran out of Freon, and so maybe they need to check their trucks before they leave. A supervisor brought the Freon within half an hour, and he explained to me as to how to maintain the system. We have used them for years, and we like them. Their prices are competitive they are not the highest, but also not the cheapest. They were very responsive, they came out a couple of days after we signed the contract. They put everything right, made sure everything was okay, and they explained everything.

They are a great company. When they did the air conditioning first the sales person who came out and though I had received a lot of estimates he was really explicit to make sure that since I was converting from one type of air conditioning coolant to another he wanted to make sure that I knew that I needed to change the plumbing with it and lot of company would just do without it and even though it was another $500 to do it with them, it saved me in the long run that it was the proper way to do it and I also verified it with the manufacture and the manufacture totally agreed that it was right way. I just think that their approach was straight forward and they were very helpful.

I'm not pleased that the work had to be done on a three-year old Carrier Infinity system, but the Customer Service rep at Sansone sent Fred out very quickly on a Friday, and he diagnosed the problem efficiently. Sansone ordered the part the same day, received it Monday morning, and sent Fred back that afternoon. He did a great job on both visits. Personable and very capable technician. My contacts with Customer Service/Repair Department personnel were also efficient and helpful.
Fortunately, parts and labor were covered, not sure if by original warranty or by the extended warranty that I fortunately have. Anyway, no cost, thank goodness.
I signed up for semi-annual maintenance, and hope I get Fred back to do that work. The price of that seems high, but I suspect it's competitive.

Everything went very well. We liked them a lot. He is great. We had someone else come in before and they did an awful job. They messed up our piping and they came and fixed it and didn't charge us for extra stuff. So, it was a good experience with Sansone. The staff is very, very professional, very nice and helpful. Their site also has coupons for duct cleaning, et cetera. They are much better than other companies we've used.

Further, they cut 2 3" hole in the plenum in the attic and added a reducer to the return, all of which only exacerbated the problem.
The last tech, Chuck, said that he would have one of the owners call to come see. NO CALL, EVER.
Finally, called upon Custom Air Designs , and they found a loosened piece of the system's insulation, covering the blower, inside the air handler.

They have done quite a bit of work for me. They have done a great job. They are very responsive to my calls. I recently used them because a compositor blew out on the unit. They sent out a technician within a few hours to come out and fix the issue. I have been very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel like their pricing is competitive to other companies. When the technicians are here, they even wear shoe covers to keep my home clean. They seem to know what they are doing and are very professional.

The installation years went well, no major problems with the unit. They are not very prompt with the service contract. You as a customer have to be pro-active to contact them or it would lapse. They do not call you to set this up. When you do schedule the appointment, they are good at keeping it. They do quality work

Everything went perfect. We still have a service contract with them as well. We are supplied with filters when needed. We purchased the units from them and had them install it. We looking for Carrier units and we were referred us to Sansone by some neighbors. They had exactly what we were looking for. The installation went fine. The company showed up to take care of any follow up issues. They even removed the old units and hauled them away. They are very responsive to anything we need. The units are guaranteed for 10 years. For the service contract, they call and confirm a good time to come out and do needed repairs. Overall, we have been pleased.
