I recently contacted Rosners for new appliances. I asked them to price match a dishwasher and refrigerator. The declined to price match either items saying those were the lowest prices even though other retailers sell the same models for a 150.00 dollars less. They advertise a low price guarantee and that if they aren't the lowest price they will beat it by 10%, well that's not true. In the end we ended purchasing out appliances from Home Depot and they price matched all the appliances without any problems or questions.

I purchased 2 new appliances sight unseen and they are perfect, just what I wanted. There were two installation teams who knew what they were doing and very professional. I would buy all my appliances through them in the future.

We ordered a refrigerator on Saturday with delivery scheduled for Monday. Rosner said they were willing to match the price we received from Home Depot (which was $200 less) and give us an earlier delivery time than HD. The first thing we noticed was the electronic Rosner receipt was $100 more. When we called Sunday, we could not get an explanation. When we called Monday to get an explanation and check on delivery time, we discovered Rosner had cancelled the order. It would cost an additional $100 with delivery the following week. Is this monkey business or an employee error? Obviously, we cancelled and will never consider Rosner again. They deserve a resounding and quot;Fand quot;.

The whole process was easy. The salesman was knowledgeable helpful and not high pressure. We did not wander aimlessly waiting for help. We had concerns about getting a large french door model into our kitchen, but having measured our doors at home , the sales person explained they would be able to remove doors to get in place. The mdel was on sale and available. We were given a date to call for a delivery time. When we called we got a four hour window. The morning of our delivery we got call earlier than expected and delivery was right on time. The delivery drivers were very professional. Got the fridge in, hooked up water, put all the parts in and explained the basics on how it worked.
The whole experience was easy and pleasant and the price was more than fair, having compared prices on line. We would definitely return to Rosner's for other appliances as needed.

This is our second experience with Rosner's. I find old fashioned service and caring in their dealings, and their prices are excellent. I also appreciate that they are willing to take the time to explore the options available to get us what we truly need.
We leave feeling satisfied with the service as well as the product we have selected. Also, the delivery and installation were on time and easily and professionally completed.

They have outstanding service, personal attention without being pushy, they answer all your questions, and I've been very happy with them over the years. With the dishwasher, there was an issue with the door, and they came right out and were able to explain that the problem was a warping and also a mold issue with the cabinets. By finding this, they helped to save her a major home repair with the mold issue. With my refrigerator, I experienced issues with two of the drawers, and they brought me the drawers from a display model while I waited for the new drawers to come in the mail. When they arrived, they came and installed the new ones and took the display's drawers back, which just proved to me that they offer personal, caring service.

We needed specific dimensions for new stainless steel kitchen appliances. We had tried 2 other stores but the salesmen weren't very knowledgeable. Then we went to Rosner's and Staci Rosner helped us pick-out the perfect matches. The day after ordering the appliances we realized that the handle on the dishwasher would interfer with a cabinet drawer opening. There was no hassel in changing to a different model and it was done over the phone. The appliances were delivered on the date that we requested and they fit like a glove. If you are looking for great customer service, go to Rosner's.

The day we drove to the store, we knew what we were going to purchase. Upon arrival, they informed us that they don't carry any plasma TVs. We were upset that we drove all that way, and they were very unsympathetic and stated we should have called first. We mentioned that we had shopped on their website, which clearly shows their supposed inventory. Don't waste your time.

In the meantime, I had called a repair service and their tech came to my house and actually fixed the problem. I told Staci Rosner what had happened and she was extremely nice.

When we were deciding which company to use to purchased our appliance, friends suggested this company. While deciding the salesman explained that if we purchased 4 appliances from Maytag, we would receive $600 back plus up to $75.00 returned fro installation. When the rebate finally arrived, I was amazed that it was not a check but a debit card for $675.00. It is the kind of card that can not be deposited in the bank nor can I take extra money with the cash returned during a purchase. I called Rosner's and since this is a family owned business (one reason I used them), I spoke with the daughter who definitely need customer service experience. At one point, when I was not getting anywhere with her, she said "I'll take it if you don't want it.'' Well that ended my conversation with her as well as any future business with Rosners. I told her it was disengenuous of the salesman to tell us we would get $675 back but neglected to inform us that it was in the form of this peculiar debit card. After we paid, the paperwork was presented to us and of course we signed. No one should do business this way. This woman managed to end what would have been a fruitful (for them) business association.
