Description of Work: Our Whirlpool washing machine was not draining the water supply after the rinse cycle. I contacted Ron Taylor, Appliance Repair Service, I spoke to Mr. Taylor personally. He advised me that he could not promise dispatching a technician that same day but that he would call back later to arrange a appointment at the very least for the next day. At approximately 3:30 PM, I received a call back from his technician and he said he could be at my home within 30 minutes. At approximately 4:00 PM the technician arrived, he replaced a worn out switch and showed me the broken part or switch. He also fixed the vent duct on the rear of my dryer at no extra cost, this took an additional 15 minutes. He vacuumed and cleaned the entire area behind my washer and dryer. Left the areas in better shape then when he arrived. He was an excellent tech and was very professional. These folks are top notch. B.Pita

Description of Work: The heating element on an oven was gone. He asked for the make/model of the stove/heating element, came a short time later and checked out the stove and replaced the element. This is our second time calling him and he has always been great! Quick response, reasonable and honest. Definetely will use again

Description of Work: Called to repair non-working Washer. Ron started to disassemble it and discovered the motor was bad and advised to stop and buy a new machine. He then spent time to educate us on what to look for when buying. (don't overspend on "enhancements" that will break)

Description of Work: He was very professional and recommended me to someone that repairs Frigidaire appliances. The referred company was really good responding but I ended up finding the Service Manual and Part online, canceled the appointment and repaired the machine myself for under $60.00.
