I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. They repaired my system for under $300. I will definitely be calling them if I have a problem in the future.

These people installed a brand new AC unit and airhandler in my home a while back. First they di not connect the heater wires and tried to charge me additional money to come connect them and did not install the platform beneath the air handler where the filter should be placed. They charged me an exorbitant amount and did not replace the pipes or insulation on the outside AC unit connectors. They were very rude on the phone when I called about the heater wires and about the platform they NEVER installed. I would never recommend these people and will NEVER use their services again in my life.

My technician was very efficient and respectful. Wonderful company and I’ve used them for years! Never a complaint!
