Description of Work: They replaced the motor. The motor cost approximately $300 but later, after sending it back to the factory, they were able to determine it was on warranty and sent me a refund. It was a PLEASURE to deal with such a reputable & honest company!!

Description of Work: They came when they said they would be here. Mike, the owner, was very professional. Had all the necessary information at his fingertips. Provided us with the information we needed to make an educated decision on the awning we wanted. The men came and installed in a reasonable amount of time. there were three men here to install the awning. All were very pleasant, professional and respectful. We are so happy with the result and are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an awning.

Description of Work: these people are great..installed a unit 22 bye 9...in and out in one day. remote control makes it so much easier.

Description of Work: This company took down and existing metal roof and installed a canvas awning. The initial visit by the owner was punctual and professional. When the installers came there was one that knew what he was doing and an apprentice, he seemed to be learning. After the first heavy rain they had to come cause it was like a waterfall over the sliding doors. After repairs it did not rain as heavily. Last month or so we had 3/4 days of heavy rains every afternoon and now the corner portion is really bad. The wall is damaged due to the often seeping of water to that area. I've contacted the owner several times and he has replied. He said that since they already fix it there would be a charge to come down again. I explained it is not the same area and have not had any further reply. It is not 1 year yet and I see that the warranty is not any good. Also there are older awnings across from this townhouse with no mold and this newer awning has quite a lot of mold on it already. At this time I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: They replaced an existing patio roll out canopy. They kept their appointments and did the job in a very professional manner, no supervision needed. They even cleaned the old frame before installing the new canopy. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: I called and left my name and number 2 days ago and have had no return call. I called multiple times at both the Boynton number and the West Palm number and get the answering machine that says I am very important ...... so far I'm not sure that's true.

Description of Work: I have placed an order with Premier. Once the work is complete I'll be happy to review my experience with them.

Description of Work: Mike Green met with us, measured the canopy and instead of having us order a completely new one, he suggested that his people could flip the fabric around and just add a new trim; plus added a new sensor giving us a 40% discount since we found them through Angie's List. They did an excellent job and we WILL highly recommend them.
