One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

By far the worst company I have ever used, and that goes for any service.

It was an excellent, job, terrific job, they done the best work on may AC than anybody else that serviced me before in my entire life, I have a contract with them in every 6 months, very efficient.

It is not leaking anymore.  They did a good job.

He was very nice, and he took care of the heater very quickly.  He was in the neighborhood so it was nice.

We had a Living Social coupon for half off. They normally charge $99 for a tune up. They were quick, nice and honest.

Their service was so,so. The owner was out of town and the gentleman who came here was on the phone trying to do his job and the owner's job at the same time. I called them for general servicing but I also told them the air conditioner was blowing but it was not cooling. When the technician came out I do not think he did a complete servicing. There were a lot of bizarre things that are going wrong with my unit, like not sending me material on a yearly service agreement. The technician said he would put them in the mail and I never received. The dress professionally and they identify themselves. They also record all their calls which I really like. They tried to tell me I needed a new unit which I know I do not and they also tried to charge me a lot of add on fees which they did not tell me I would have before they started the service. There also is an issue with a battery for the air conditioner and I am not sure he put the right kind back in the system. I am not sure he did everything he was supposed to do.

In that the technician did fix the air conditioning so that we had cool air again, I suppose the service visit was a success.  However, considering the long wait and the fact that we had to call another repairman one month later, I would say it didn't go well.

My A/C quit on a Friday night as I slept, and I wanted same-day service on Saturday. The service call was probably not too expensive under the circumstances. The contractor was able to replace just the part I needed replaced (as opposed to trying to sell me a larger assembly) and made only a pro-forma effort to sell me on the service contract his company offers. He came to my house on-schedule and finished the job quickly in a professional manner.

He came talked, talked, talked, went to work, talked, talked, talked, check the motor, or whatever, and talked, talked, talked, continued talking, looked  something in the attic, and then he talked, talked, talked, and when it was time to get paid, he convinced me to sign a contract, which I did, and I think it was the right thing to do. And then he was gone.

On time, very friendly and Knowledgeable. We have 4 AC units, 2 were very old, inefficient and malfunctioning. We had them replace the 2 old AC units entirely. Unfortunately one of the drain lines to one of the new units was plugged despite them clearing it several times prior to installation. Within 2 days the AC unit in the attic started to leak. We had a small flood with damage to the roof and walls. This happened on a Sunday, Mother’s Day. One hour AC responded immediately, sending someone out who took care of the problem temporarily. They sent out there crew the following week and spent most of the day fixing it including replacing the faulty drain line that caused the problem to begin with. The owner of the company also sent out someone to repair all the damages to the wall and ceiling at his expense.Even thought the experience was very frustrating I have to say that One Hour AC took responsibility and corrected the problem. I have learned that mistakes and problems can occur even with the best but the difference that makes a company stand out among the rest is how they respond when things go wrong. One Hour AC took responsibility and went above and beyond to make sure thing were made right.

Earl Bolio was precisely on time, extremely friendly and very professional. He performed the routine checks and maintenance functions, pointed out the positive and negative aspects of my current system, but made no attempts to 'push' products or services. His approach was entirely professional and very informative. The service was extremely reasonable in cost and I fully expect to use this company and Mr Bolio for as long as I live in the area. We did discuss the benefits of a long term maintenance contract, but again it was informative and not a hard sales pitch. I personally did not feel I needed the plan at this time, but could easily see how some might benefit from such a maintence service agreement. All in all, I highly recommend One Hour Air and Mr Bolio, in particular. Great Service!

The removal and install took a full day and went very well. The installers worked very hard and did a fantastic job, and didn't let the very hot and humid working conditions in my garage during a heat wave stop them from performing their job to the best of their ability. Mike Ramos, the owner of this franchise (national company), was very involved to make sure that the install went well, and was available for any questions as they came up. He is very good about answering emails and phone calls, and was clear and explicit about any questions I had with the new system. The price quoted above was after manufacturer and FPL rebates. There were some hitches with this new system in the beginning, since it is very new technology, and Mike and/or his employees were "johnny on the spot" in order to make everything right. There was little or no inconvenience to us when it was necessary to have some adjustment made. We are very happy with this new system, and especially during the very cold winter and very hot and humid summer we are having so far. We believe it is dependable. It keeps us very comfortable, and hope it will for a long tiime to come. We depend on Mike and his crew to keep it that way with the scheduled maintenance.

We submitted manufacturer's rebates, which made the price less. The experience with them was wonderful. The owner is a franchisee of the One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating company. He employees wonderful technicians. They know exactly what to do. They communicated a lot back and forth through e-mails with me. The owner was very good about answering all of my questions. I was so impressed with them, that he is going to be putting an air conditioning system in for my sister and daughter. Whatever the price he gave us; we took. I was satisfied with the price. We didn't get any other prices for the particular machine that we chose. The price was worth it. Everything went very smoothly. He is hands on, and oversees everything to make sure it is done right. He came back the next day to make sure everything was done right. The two technicians worked very hard on a very hot day. They were very good. They were very even tempered and polite.
