They treated all my front yard hedges for Whitefly infestation.
After 4 quarterly treatments, I have not seen any Whiteflies and my hedges have begun to regenerate.
The only thing I did not like having to do was sign up for a one year auto renewing contract that could only be cancelled via certified letter.
I did not renew my contract; however if they are willing to provide treatments when requested, I will be using them again very soon.

with the work. He tested the system and re-set the timing before he left, and he also cleaned up any debris and trash that he had accumulated.
We are very pleased with the work performed, The system has not worked this well in a couple of years. Thanks to Joseph and O'Hara Services for a job well done. Will recommend their services to our friends.
"Appointment times are given in time frames, NEVER a specific time. When it comes down to a technician doing 6-7 appointments a day there is no way specific time that can be used. All customers are called the day before in case of any changes. Read the fine print of the deal again and get a refund from Angie's List."
"Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm. Our phone numbers and contact information is listed on our profile. We can also be contacted via Angie's List message center. If appointments aren't scheduled after a certain period of time, the scheduler sends out reminder messages on Angie's List so that appointments can get scheduled."
I called Chris who stated that due to route schedule I was on the books for today. I stated that today did not work for me and due to the unexpected service call and the rudeness of the driver I did not want to use them again. Chris became very rude and said "that's not how this works you signed a contract" then stated that "this is always how Angie's List people act" and was VERY condescending and sarcastic. I have NEVER dealt with such a rude person! I am amazed at this young man's immaturity and gall!
Do not hire this company!
"Everything on the fine print of the deal is done on the day of the appointment. In order to check an irrigation system, the technician MUST check the timer. In fact, it is one of the first things they have to do in order to get it running. We cannot go back to [removed member name] home after 4-5 months of the Angie's List tune up just to adjust the timer at no charge. We don't provide free service."
"We have a lot more appointments a day and emergencies / unplanned things can happen. Scheduler arranges the appointment within 1-2 hour frame and NOT specific time on the clock."
