I can't say enough about Johnny English and his crew. I met them while they were handling my mothers landscape tasks and did such an amazing job, we have them working on our home. Pricing is very reasonable and my yard was spotless when they left. Their crew's are courteous, hard working and take care not to damage any surrounding landscape or fencing. The sales/inspector (2 persons) did a very thorough inspection of my house including the attic. They took more time and looked in detail at my house more than any other company that came to the house. Also the quantity of gas needed that they calculated was greater than the other companies' estimates, which I considered as a positive, since the more gas the better. On the negative side the actual people who did the work were subcontractors. So much of the quality of the actual job is left to a subcontractor rather than the company that you talk with.

I hired these folks years ago for my overall pest control. They were providing service in my West Palm Beach house for many years without any issues. I then moved to Jupiter and had them dust my attic for termite just in case (no actual evidence of termite activity, but as a preventative due to the age of the home). I also had them out due to ant activity when I moved in. Overall, the service has been great, except for one time that I called around the holidays. The person who answered said that I would need to wait over a week for someone to come out, They had just started treatment a couple weeks earlier. I had given them time, but the ants were increasing. I was not going to wait another week. I called a few days later and let's just say that I was not pleasant on the phone. They were very apologetic, did not know why I was told what I was and immediately sent someone out. I have had no further problems...normally 5 star service, so I'd say 4.5 is appropriate.

Native Pest Management was thoroughly professional and effective in all of my interactions to date, including assessment of my termite infestation and comprehensive treatment for this. The prices were competitive as well. I am very pleased with this company's service, and highly recommend them. I actually had termite warranty coverage already from a national company whose name starts with "T", but their service was abysmal, and that is why I reached out to Home Advisor for a referral to a different termite treatment company. Native's service manager Zachary, who came out to assess, and then supervise the treatment, was exceptional, and the other staff who came to treat on 2 separate occasions were also outstanding. From what I can see, this is a company that does everything right.

We bought a new EXPENSIVE mattress from a local vendor and unbelievably it had bed bugs!!!! What a nightmare! Native pest management technicians were very knowledgeable and sympathetic! They returned over and over and over until the TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE was FINALLY over. They were a bit expensive but they finally eradicated a nasty problem!
