"We do not show we did work at that address. We do not bait and switch, we quote a price over the phone with the information that the customer provides to us. Most companies will not even give any quite over the phone. We have been in business for over 35 years and we do not appreciate this kind of comment. Sometimes the job before you can take longer than expected and we want to give every customer the same treatment. We show up on the day that we have scheduled for the customer and we always call the customer on the way to confirm they are home. We strive very hard to make all of our customer's satisfied and always go above and beyond to make sure that the service performed was good and that when we leave the customer is happy. I hope this comment does not affect your choice when it comes to plumber, we are family owned and have run a successful business for over 35 years."
