Through exhaustive research and years of experience, we have developed a bundled comprehensive maintenance plan that includes more than 50 work items for residential homeowners. After a thorough home inspection, MHM professionals can create a personal maintenance plan to meet each homeowner’s specific needs. You would need to call and schedule over 15 separate contractors to deliver the same services that we provide in just one call! MHM provides service throughout the year by scheduled monthly and/ or quarterly visits, depending on the individual needs of our valued customers. We will continuously maintain your home by delivering preventative maintenance, helping you to preserve your investment and ensure the safety of your family. All of our staff members are well trained, trustworthy, and very polite because customer satisfaction is our main goal.
