Their prices were reasonable, their management responsive, and their technicians excellent.
Jay(in sales) was very caring and very helpful in working with us and the manufacturer Trane, who provided us with a new coil as ours was defective for the second time. We commend Trane, for standing behind their product twice and this time just outside the warranty period.
When we called Kyzar on a Monday and spoke to Jay, our air conditioning system was not working, needless to say our hot Sunday night was miserable. Jay was immediately responsive?
He said let's get your system started fast to get you comfortable and then we can work with Trane on providing the part needed
That afternoon, Mike a technician was at our home and got our ac working so we could sleep through the night.
We paid a small fee which Kyzar assured us would be credited to the coil replacement?which it happily was.
I can not think of any company who cares about their potential customer with such empathy, honesty, and
quick results.
We used Kyzar on two occasions in our Palm Beach home. They installed, at a very reasonable price,
a new coil on our outdoor air compressor unit and
at a later date performed duct work repair- Both servicemen,
Mike who installed the coil, and Joel who performed the duct repair
were very knowledgeable, courteous and couldn't do enough to satisfy us
and create a pleasant experience. The workman even spoke so well of their company and their policies.
If you don't use Kyzar you are making a big mistake. By this glowing recommendation,
you may think I am somehow affiliated with them, I assure you I am not.
I am simply a very particular business owner myself, who appreciates discovering a company
who aspires to excellence in customer service and on site service; who Say what they mean
and mean what they Say. It is sadly rare in today's fast paced society.
