Please allow me to share my personal comments about Juan and his Home Improvement Company. At the beginning of March, I contracted with Juan to complete some major updates to my townhouse in RiverWalk. This included installing hardwood floors on both levels, upgraded kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, painting and crown moldings. And what Juan delivered was nothing less than breathtaking. Juan first sat with me and went over all options which included, price, start date, layout, design and last but not least project completion date. All that we agreed to, Juan delivered and exceeded expectations. There were times when decisions had to be made and Juan never proceeded unless first checking and discussing it with me and only when I decided on something, did Juan proceed. I have employed many contractors before to renovate several homes that I previously owned but I must emphasize that Juan has to be the most outstanding and complete home improvement owner I have ever encountered. I am at a lost to say which is his strongpoints since they are many. He is seriously neat. Whether it be installing molding, painting or flooring, Juan will redo an effort until the result is flawless. Then there is his reliability. He and his workers has shown up to my home on time each and every day. I never had to ask myself “is Juan coming today” or “when will Juan show up.” Dependably has always been important to me and Juan exhibited this quality in its true meaning. Last but not least I would also like to add that coming to the end of the project Covid-19 hit which threw this project out of whack. Just when my countertop was in the final stages of completion, the city shuttered the fabricators’ site. However the fabricator brought the unfinished granite to his home and actually completed the job allowing me the use of my kitchen. I don’t know what I would have done if Juan’s vendor did not do this for me – great. In conclusion I would, without hesitation recommend Juan for any home improvement job – big or small. If you are looking for excellence and a great finish to your project Juan Home Improvements is definitely the way to go and should be your only choice. I will upload images of the finish project to Juan’s website as testament to the outstanding job Juan Home Improvement has done.

Juan did an awesome job with my multi-room remodel. Added a laundry closet, kitchen cabinet, and replaced a drop-ceiling with drywall, adding 15” of height to all 3 of my rooms. Ceiling is perfectly level and smooth with no ripples. Juan and all his subcontractors were professional and incredibly responsive. Everything from schedule to cost was great. Would definitely hire again. I typically never get around to writing reviews, but my experience with Juan was definitely worthy of a positive review.

Juan called me to let me know he was going to be running late to the appointment. He came the next morning and got my window installed as soon as he could. Juan was reliable and very honest. Very friendly and did a terrific job. I would recommend him.

Excellent work and professionalism

Juan did a fantastic job. He was punctual every day and he was always available for questions and any concerns. He tiled 1200 ft.², painted the whole house, remove the old popcorn ceiling, and painted all the living spaces including the doors. He or one of his crew was there every day. I highly recommend Juan because of his professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with Juan and he will be our go to guy in the future for any additional work

Juan did an amazing job. We worked together on design. His work is flawless. He takes pride in everything he does. And it really shows in the results. I suggest you hire Juan now, while you still can. As soon as word spreads about his craftsmanship, he will be always booked solid. Juan is an excellent professional and a good person as well.

Can’t say enough good things about Juan and his crew. Their attention to detail is second to none. Juan’s ability to problem solve and tasteful design ideas impressed me the most. His pricing was competitive and fair. If you need a crew that has impeccable carpentry skill...don’t waste your time with anyone else. Some just have a gift and Juan, the team he manages are spot on. Pretty much anything I threw at them they could handle. He also has a plumber that was excellent as well. I didn’t list the price simply because we had him do several jobs and can’t recall the total but it was in the thousands.

I highly recommend Juan C. Moreno 110 percent! He was referred to me, by a good friend of mine of many years, and Juan and his team completely renovated my 2/2 condo in 6 weeks. The extensive renovation entailed popcorn ceiling removal, crown molding installation, tile flooring installation throughout the entire unit, new baseboard installation and both full bathroom remodels. It also included a complete kitchen remodel, and custom closet build-outs. He was very professional and did fantastic work. He pays attention to every detail involved in his craftsmanship and listens to his customer’s wishes.

He is very meticulous. Thought of things we did not. His work was excellent would recommend to anyone.

Juan was extremely professional. Very detail oriented. The backsplash in the kitchen looks amazing. The floors look like new again. Communication was always prompt . Juan was punctual with a positive attitude. I am already preparing the list with many other things that I would like him to take care of such us installing new fans and light features. The pricing was consistent with the quality of the work.

It went well. The price was a little bit higher than I would have liked but the work was done as quickly as he said it would. It definitely was a professional job. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend using his services.
