Great experience on my move from Boca to WPB. The guys worked very hard and were very careful. Everyone at the office was extremely professional. Had some oversized artwork and fine antiques. I will definitely use and recommend them again!

I have moved several times before (both across the country and internationally) in my life and this is the WORST, most unprofessional move I have ever experienced. The sales pitch of “taking care of you” and “best move ever” is an utterly and completely false representation of what actually happens. This was not the “best move ever,” this was actually the worst. The entire company, from logistics and customer service, to the movers, to the management are the most inexperienced and unprofessional people I have come across. I never write reviews, but this case compelled me to do so for those of you considering this company for your move. DON’T. I contracted the GoodGreek moving company roughly 3 weeks prior to my move date. I was relocating to a renovated unit (1b 1 b) inside my own building, just 2 floors down with an elevator. They quoted me $840, which I thought was a little steep, considering the ease of the move. I settled at $800, considering the pitch of it being seamless and smooth to relocate. I put $400 dollars down for this. When the sales person left, he told me that days before the move, I would get a call to confirm and a timeframe to start the move. The day before the move, I received a call telling me that I was “the second move of the day” and that they would be here in the “afternoon.” Further I would get a call 30 minutes before arrival. On August 31 (my move out date) I was expecting everything to go seamlessly, but it didn’t in the slightest. By 4pm with still no call, I called the company and asked what the status was and when they would be arriving, considering we were approaching late afternoon. After a run-around and transfer after transfer, they told me that the truck was still completing the first move and that they would call me back in 30 minutes to try to get another team. Thirty minutes goes by and still no call. By this time, we had begun moving our stuff ourselves to our new apartment. Now an hour later (5:15) and no longer “afternoon” my boyfriend called the company back to express our frustration in that 1)the timeframe they gave us had come and gone and 2)that now being the evening, they still could not give us a timeframe. At this point, we considered it a lost cause and continued the move ourselves. They arrived unexpectedly at 7pm. Upon arriving and discussing the payment (which you have to pay upfront before they start) I expressed to them what had happened, and that the price now did not reflect the move, considering we already did half of it! They put the payment process on hold and started the move. Thats when the unprofessionalism climaxed. They brought bits and pieces from everything from every room at once, which blockaded rooms so it was impossible to put the items that belonged in that room IN that room. Not only that, they banged the ceiling multiple times and completely broke the frame of my dresser, so I have to buy a new one. When I saw the huge gash on the side and it wobble, I confronted the lead mover about it who acted “surprised.” There was no way they did not know they broke it, because they left the huge piece of wood and plastic on the floor. But here is the thing; they didn’t even have to load it on a truck or transport it! They literally destroyed it just taking it down an elevator two floors! When we moved onto the paper work, I began to refuse to sign because they had not listed the item as damaged and by signing I was waiving all rights essentially to the claim and any amendment to the price. READ EVERYTHING. I have my masters in law and I am no stranger to contracts and believe me, they DIDN’T LIKE THAT. Further, the manager via phone blamed it on the manufacturer of my dresser. EXCUSE ME? I said we had to renegotiate the price considering the circumstances and she threatened to take me to court. Find another moving company! These people should be out of business and if they continue like this, they will be! NEVER AGAIN!

Just wanted to acknowledge a terrific job buy everyone I dealt with at Good Greek Moving. Billy was my estimator and did a very good job of explaining the details of the move for me. He was also very personable and easy to work with. I moved from the Panorama building in Miami. It was a lot of coordination that needed to be done and Dalton and Jenna both were very helpful with the Certificates of Insurance and helping to get the elevator situation taken care of. Andres and Roberto and a Marcus worked nonstop and accomplished what seemed like miracles with some very large armoires , mirrors and sleep number bed dis and reassembly. Everyone I spoke with at the office including Austin and Shayne were very patient with me cuz I can be a nervous nelly at times. My experience was great. I will definitely recommend Good Greek and use them again in the future.

It was good at first but when I got to the location I was told that would have to pay an additional $1188 on top of the $200 deposit before my stuff was taken off the truck. I was blown away because I thought the move would have cost us about $500 we only move 15 mins away and it was a two bedroom living and dining. I was charged an additional 3 hours and told that if they did not use all 3 hours I would be reimbursed and I was also supposed to get a $50 discount for the local move and I never received that. They also charge for gas for 7 hours even though the work didn't take 7 hours imagine they charge you $184 for gas for moving you 16 mins away. These people are a complete scam and bully. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you google them you will see that I am not the only one that complains about them but yet they don't put the bad reviews on their website. The guys also showed up without mask and gloves and refused to take any from us so the first set they sent left, our move was delayed from 8 to 1:30 because the driver was rude and just left, you think they would have done something about the inconvenience instead we were bullied and up charged. They are not honorable horrible company.

Excellent moving experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone. From the beginning , the estimate from Billy was both informative and accurate. I knew exactly what to expect. The office staff was helpful throughout the entire process. The crew showed up on time and with a very clean truck and plenty of new blankets to use for wrapping of the furniture. My beds and desks were not only disassembled but also reassembled perfectly on the other side. The crew was extremely polite and courteous throughout the day. Just an overall great experience, Kudos for the effort. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Good Greek moving. I dealt With Michael Blake and he and his entire team were so professional. He called and checked via email, I had several calls on the day from the company and movers themselves touching base to confirm items. The pickup was ok, and it looked like they had a system, they numbered all items with stickers and had a list. My items were in storage and I actually had them there for 2 more months than I originally had planned, for which they charged me handsomely... When my items came out of storage is when it all went wrong, they really have no system, there were numerous items and boxes missing and quite a few items broken. We received boxes that were not mine and it took them 2 weeks to collect those and deliver some of my items they found in the warehouse?? For the other boxes I am missing I have now been waiting 4 months and no word. I have called repeatedly and they always promised to call back but never do. I guess their view is, “getting 90% of your items is not bad “ It is obvious they don’t care, they have your money and their incentive to serve you is completely gone. They even charged me for storage when my items already were no longer with them, upon confronting them about that charge they promised to look into it, needless to say I had to put in a dispute with Amex to get that money back. Keep you hard earned money for somebody who knows what service is and cares.

Painless and stress-free are normally not words that come along with moving. A gentleman came to our house three weeks before the move and gave us a guaranteed price in writing. We had a few questions during the coming weeks and he always answered the phone and our questions. The office called a couple days before the move and confirmed the time we can expect them. On the day of the move the crew called us when they were 30 minutes out. The crew moved our house very quickly but more importantly efficiently. dissembled mirrors on dressers and also our beds and at the destination put it all back together. I cannot thank them enough.

Do NOT Use GOOD GREEK MOVERS! I reached out to the Owner: Spero Georgedakis of Good Greek Movers, They Are HORRIBLE! . We dealt with Robert Lopez of Good Greek and all the promises this company makes “are LIES! ”. The guys never came on Wednesday morning as planned to drop off boxes that we paid for up front as Robert talked us into purchasing from GG. . Then He said they’d drop them off Thursday it did not happen. We were signed up to be the first ones moved between 7 am -9 am but closer to 8 am on Friday Morning by Good Greek and at 9:30am I called and as no movers arrived. They said to me “ Mrs. Weber we are running late and we will be there between 10 am Noon. They Arrived at 12:45 pm that afternoon. The Truck was Enterprise! “All Furniture” was to be wrapped in Plastic. Only 7 pieces of Furniture was wrapped, and to top it off. They Broke our 1200.00 Entertainment Center, They Broke our 400 coffee table I just bought in December and a smaller Entertainment Center at 300.00 . I have reached out to the owner Mr. Spero Georgedakis and Robert Lopez. For a refund, neither have reached out. This makes me sick how a former Cop could take advantage of us. If I can save anyone making the same Mistake we did , Do Not Get Good Greek Movers out of Miami, Boca Raton , Jupiter , West Palm Beach or Wellington FL!

The move went very well. Great movers, great job! Very respectful, very knowledgeable and I can’t say enough about there professionalism! This was a huge undertaking!

I am a real estate agent and never refer movers to my clients. I moved last week for the first time in 26 years and was lucky enough to receive a referral for Good Greek. I was blown away with the professionalism of everyone involved. Nick came to my house and provided a reasonable, professional quote. On moving day, Chad, Jaime and Luis were prompt and worked so hard. They wrapped my furniture (mostly antiques) with blankets and shrink wrap and they were very careful. Each box was handled as if they were all fragile. After unloading at my new home, Robert came by to make sure everything went smooth. I can not say enough good things about them. Moving is never fun but it certainly was easy with Good Greek. I will recommend them to every client from now forward.

I am happy to be writing a great review about Greek Moving. From initial communication to final execution, it could not have been better. This is the only company that showed me their insurance policies, their licenses. They are also the only ones who, after clearing it with past customers, gave me their numbers. After hearing raving reviews, i felt comfortable hiring them. I would highly recommend them. They were punctual, highly professional, respectful, paid attention to my input and made changes accordingly. They were 8 movers in my 1,850 sq ft home, each specifically involved in packing a room, or packing and then crating art pieces. Altogether, they worked very efficiently, seamlessly until the day of packing was over. The next day we drove to the Storage facility where they placed boxes and crates where i asked them to. It was my first big move in a lot of years. I cannot think it could have been done any better. Thank you Greek Movers.

The company did a top notch job which explains my "excellent" rating. Before the move my phone calls and emails were answered promptly and satisfactorily . The quote I was given was exactly what I was charged..no add-ons. The movers worked efficiently and professionally and kept to the schedule I was told. My furniture was handled carefully and packed carefully. No damage was done to anything.

There are no words to express our joy at a move by true professionals. They made us smile during the packing and even when our furniture arrived at our destination in North Carolina. We were in touch with the movers during the entire long distance move. Honestly, the men who did our job were excellent! No problems with any part of the move. I consider the entire company as family!

Good Greek Moving was by far the very best movers we have had!!! We have moved quite a lot, and Good Greek Moving was, without question, far and above any moving company! From my initial meeting and subsequent conversations with Robert to the three gentlemen {Alex, Luis, and Jaime} who physically moved us, we had nothing by the best, most professional, hard working company who truly cared about our personal possessions and about making our move easy, uncomplicated, and stress free! They treated everything like it was their own. They were always kind, caring, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a stress free, perfect move. And that we did! I would HIGHLY recommend Good Greek Moving for any and every kind of move. I'd be very happy to talk to anyone about how great this company and their staff is! Not one item was broken, dented, destroyed, scratched~~nothing!! Everything arrived in mint condition no matter what the size, what the piece was, what the weight was. They were true to their word that the price Robert gave me was exactly the cost~~no hidden fees when the drivers arrived or at any later date or time! The guys who moved us were very complimentary of their company and supervisors as was Robert complimentary of their staff~~that says a lot! They were on time at both locations, took everything apart and put it back together to perfection! They even moved two of our rooms around {switched the rooms} after they had unloaded them and had started assembling the items simply because we changed our minds. They did it without hesitation, without question, and with smiles on their faces! Moving can be stressful enough, but once you hire Good Greek Moving, you can rest assured that the worst part of your move will go perfectly!

I am completely disappointed with Good Greek moving and storage company. I called to hire movers for my parents who have sold their home, the closing is today, 8/29/18, while also dealing with my dying sister who had just been diagnosed with stage 4 leukemia and has days to live. I called Good Greek, and spoke with David, gave him information on all contents to be moved for my parents who are moving out of state, he gave me a price , for packing, loading, delivery & unloading and said a 26ft truck would be scheduled for 8/27 first thing in the morning. I called and changed the date to the 28th and spoke to another representative, also asking about how many boxes they would have on the truck to pack up mirrors and pictures and was told they would not be packing anything...!!! So we ended up packing the contents to be shipped, after being quoted for them doing it. I called back and spoke with David and he said that was an error that he would adjust the work order, however we had already packed everything in a panic. He also failed to tell me that another person's belongings would also be on the truck. The day of the scheduled move, the movers who barely spoke English called several times giving different times that they would be arriving, and didn't show, we waited all day, then they finally showed up at 5pm, with two guys to load the contents. Needless to say they did not load one item. Now a day later, on the day of the closing and still no truck. My parents called to discuss the problems and now are being told an additional 4600.00 is needed, because we have 10,000 lbs of things, not 4,,000 lbs ( this was never mentioned at booking one time) and when I called to speak to David, I was told "the good news is they are gonna do it for cost" I was also told that " you tried to play us" by David. The movers were supposedly taking pictures of all contents in the home and not all contents were going on the truck... We also requested for them to just return the deposit and was told that's not gonna happen, even though it was due to their negligence. AND THE TRUCK STILL IS NOT HERE!!! This kind of service is completely unacceptable and I will be calling the better business bureau and anyone else I can call to report this lack of business ethic and post on every available website to let everyone know what this company has done to my family at such a devastating time.

They were very professional and caused no damage to my belongings. They put things on their feet, packaged everything up, and did a great job!

Excellent and professional 3-man crew. Arrived on time and didn’t waste a minute of the 7 hours they labored away. Furniture was meticulously packed and loaded and off-loaded with care. Several items required reassembly, and crew chief would accept nothing less than perfection. Pianos are always a challenge, but this crew managed to move an antique baby grand without incident. Charges were fair - they even post adjusted for a mistake in calculating against original terms!

Terrible. They said they would come to pick me up and deliver my furniture with a same truck. They did off load and damaged the furniture on that process. They did not provide an inventory of the boxes and they denied that there's 1 box missing. There's no documentation so that they could track it. Very unprofessional. There's a discrepancy between the number of boxes the that they have charged to pack vs. the number of boxes they actually packed.

Amazing. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I’ve moved about 16 times in my life. Most moving companies are an absolute disaster to work with, but Good Greek is simply amazing! Their customer service is out of this world, their follow up before, during, and after the move is exceptional! You can tell that they must take good care of their employees because the two crews that I’ve dealt with had all been working there for 5+ years. Their trucks are in amazing condition, super clean and professional. The entire moving crew and customer service team are super friendly. They take extra good care when they pack your household items too wrapping the furniture really well which protects them during the move. I can not recommend them highly enough and that’s so rare for a moving company which are notoriously horrific.

Good Greek is exactly what they promised. They showed up on time and had a very polite and friendly crew. They worked fast and hard. They really allowed my family to move into our home and make it feel like home.

Everything was great! The movers were super nice and handled all of our belongings with care. They worked fast and safe. Everything got to the new house without any issues. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and would gladly use Good Greek Moving & Storage again!
