Not Good, ordered needed parts for a machine that was down and after a month of waiting with absolutely no communication called in left a message that never was returned called again and after finding the order they tell me probably going to be another couple weeks! cancelled order and will have to see how that goes because they have to make some calls first, not sure what that means. Zero communication skills...

They showed me how to put on the sanding pads and use it, very clearly and answered all my questions. They also carefully loaded it in my car. The process was simple and quick coming and going. Although a little more expensive than other places I had checked out, the machinery was newer and in better shape. I would use them again.
