Lad and his assistant were a delight to work with on our project. They are very professional and knowledgeable of their craft, as well as personable. They clean as they work and did an excellent job with every aspect. They installed a marble window sill & marble thresholds at our french doors. Another part of our request was replacing damaged tiles that had been in place 20 years. After they did so we couldn’t see there had ever been a mishap. They did seamlessly beautiful work. We are planning two bathroom refurbishes in the near future and will be calling Lad once again. We highly recommend Lad at Deda Tile.

Lad was excellent to work with. Responded quickly which I like. Most of all he did an excellent job in repairing and adding tile in my master bathroom. This guy is amazing. I had 8 different quotes and he was the best by a far margin. When he first came out to do a quote he wasn't pushy at all and was very helpful with making some suggestions. Also very helpful with answering questions and concerns. He always left the day with the area cleaned. After he started the job he was always courteous and thoughtful. He even went out of his way to help my wife with some counter tops in the kitchen. We had some changes in the job after he began, which he didn't mind at all. The outcome of the project was perfect. I have ocd when it comes to projects. So when I say it is perfect, it is. We even re hired him to do back splash in our kitchen. Again did a perfect job with that.

Difficult project covering the sides of a kitchen island and fireplace with ledgestone. Perfect installation by very personable installer. Lad's work is now the centerpiece of our kitchen and nook. Extremely fair pricing. It does not get any better.

Lad is a real modern day artisan. Tiled our solid roof screened patio. He took great care to match corners, curves, and tile lines with existing tile and metal patio frame. Even suggested a more compatible grout! Definitely will use him again! Alan Seaman

Lad just did 2 bedrooms, wall to wall tile and shower for bathroom and a 21x 19 living room. Outstanding job, here everyday on completion, could not ask for better results. Having him back for our kitchen, Lani and final bathroom remodel. The perfect subcontractor.
