What I like most about them is between their competitor which is probably them and AT&T, they seem to have a combination of the fastest and most reliable network service. What I dislike about their customer service is how long I have to wait on the phone and just trying to get to talk to a human is very hard. I'll stick with them. Unfortunately, their competitors are worse than that.

I got a bill which I didn't think was correct. So I kindly asked them to send me the bill for the previous 3 months. They said they would get it out to me. After it never showed up, I called back in and they said they saw the request and that they would send it back out. So I waited again, and after it didn't show up again I decided to call and they once again told me they had record of me requesting this. They then told me they would send it for the 3rd time. After the 3rd time, they said they did have the request and out of the blue they canceled the service without even asking me if that was what I wanted to do.
Description of Work: I have had a pretty negative experience with Comcast.

Nightmare start of story. Comcast goes "digital" now need boxes for every TV. Have to go into office and get the "free boxes" and hook up 1.5 hours wasted. They don't work at all.. Call Comcast they have to "activate them" but their system is down. Have to call in next day to turn on. Boxes that come "free" do not get the kids channels we pay for. I spend 2 hours on phone arguing with Comcast rep who finally offers the real boxes for replacement for 6 months free "promotion" so at least the kids can watch shows till then. I ask Before I go if the system is noted so I get the boxes free? Yes it is noted . Reference number? No just go in? Name of rep? We can;t give that out.. Have to go Into the office again (disconnect everything )I get the the Comcast office. Apparently they NEED an armed guard in the cust svc office (he tells me people scream and throw things., I understand). The lady behind the counter is a total witch really nasty, "No there are no notes in the system You will be billed for the boxes" Take boxes home and hook up. No love. need to call to activate. have to crawl behind tv to get serial numbers from boxes that are too small to be read. Same deal , System cannot activate till next day. Bill came today. Fully billed for extra service... Head Explodes .... I call Comcast. Get a rep. explain...Ready for BS but actually was nice offered to read notes and then call me back after hearing story. I figure "right" Get a c all back .. Fall on floor.. Taken care of and the bill will be adjusted and you get a year on the boxes no charge( Normal fees of $175 per month but no extra). ONLY reaso they get a C other than an F. They MAY be learning. or ATT is getting to the area....
