They made it an easy move!

Very well. Our representative at Brandon, Susan, was very professional, our estimate was spot on and no extra or hidden charges, even when we discovered that the Tractor trailer would not be able to come directly to the house. Tom (driver, Supervisor) who handled our move took care of that problem, as well as supervising the help at both ends of the move. The packing and overall professionalism of Tom was superb. We did not have one broken item, even and old entertainment center that should have fallen apart on its own. I highly recommend these folks.

I was astonished with how professional, courteous and organized this company performed. We had not moved in 12 years and had only moved ourselves in the past. 3 kids later and we needed help. After hearing so many negative stories about movers, I was skeptical about hiring a company. I can not tell you how pleasant it was to work with the owner Steve Lewis and his crew. Such polite and great employees who moved me out of our old and into our new home. Truly a great experience. They were extremely flexible with my move in date and offered to hold my things on a truck until we could close which could have been an entire week! I just can't say enough about their professional, can do it and do it right attitude. There is absolutely NO question who I will use if we move again and who I will recommend to friends.

The move couldn't have been performed any better. All equipment went to the right destination in Tampa, Jacksonville and West Palm Beach. Everything was intact without a single scratch. On top of that, they didn't waste any time. Everything was completely out of the office in 5 hours. Pretty amazing for 15 years of equipment. In short, Brandon Transfer is fast, efficient and extremely careful.

We used Brandon to move our belongings. It was no easy task as we had lived in the same house for 47 years. We had to put our goods in storage while renovations were being done to our new home. The Brandon crew was kind and courteous from the first phone call to the last piece of furniture being placed in the house. I don't think we will be moving again but if we did I certainly would use Brandon Transfer to do it.

Moving can be daunting but Brandon Transfer & Storage is professional, efficient, conscientious, and courteous. They made my residential move a simple, seamless process, and completed the process at a fair rate. They will also be providing their services to my business in an upcoming commercial move, and I can look forward with peace of mind. I highly recommend them.

Brandon Transfer has moved me three times. Each time the driver and the workers were polite and moved quickly. Everything was completed in the time promised and at the estimated cost. They had extra supplies with them, and handled unexpected situations with ease. Steve Lewis runs a family business and always treats me like I'm part of that family. Brandon Transfer has been moving and storing peoples possessions for almost a hundred years, they've figured out how to do it right. If I ever need to move again, though I'm hoping I don't, my first call will be to Brandon Transfer.

It went extremely well. The movers and packers were professional, courteous, careful and skilled. We moved to a rural area that was difficult to access in the moving van - they worked with us patiently and professionally to get our belongings set up in our new home.

Brandon moved my parents, my in-laws and some outdoor furniture for myself. I would not recommend another moving company. I have moved myself 13 times and remember the frustration with careless moving companies. I can assure everyone that from the initial estimate to the last boxes unloaded, our belongings were treated carefully and with experience. I will use them again, and refer others to them without a doubt.

All moves were handled to my satisfaction. Steve Lewis' men work very hard to be careful and making sure that furniture regardless of value is properly wrapped and protected. Smaller items are packed just as carefully. Brandon is a family business that relies on its longstanding (more than 100 years) reputation and referrals. This is a professional moving company, not one that does an estimate and when delivering, refuse to unload unless more money is paid. I recently referred a widowed friend to Brandon for her move out-of-state and she called me later to commend the entire move and how wonderful the men were from start to finish. I refer Brandon regularly for both local and long distance moves.

Wonderful! The movers were on time, were very careful with all of our belongings and furniture, some of which are antiques. Everything arrived perfectly in our new home. All of the furniture was carefully wrapped and well taken care of. Since this was a local move, it was completed all in the same day. The crew was friendly, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Brandon Transfer!

Brandon Transfer handled the pickup of furniture and packed boxes from my 10x10 storage unit. I was charged $350 in addition to the moving transportation cost supposedly for "local pickup". The reason given was that the shipment needed to be stored until a larger truck going north was available. The shipment was NOT stored. The shipment arrived in 3 day, 1 day BEFORE I arrived home, in what appeared to be the same small truck in which it was originally loaded. I was also charged an additional $66.92 for ‘special handling’ for the piano. The piano arrived damaged in several places; the bench being so damaged it had to be removed from my home for repairs. ‘Special handling’, indeed! Every box arrived with crushed corners and sides. Several of the boxes contained fragile vintage and antique items, all of which had been triple wrapped in new packing paper and bubble wrap and packed in new heavy duty boxes. For such a small shipment, the damages were beyond excessive. Five vintage items were destroyed beyond repair with a replacement cost of $509. After reporting the damages to Brandon, I was referred to the main office of Allied and they sent an inspector. After examining all of the antique and vintage items that had arrived safely due to my expert packing, it was clear to Allied’s own inspector that the five items had been destroyed during shipment by mishandling in transit. Allied refused to reimburse me even though I had paid for extra insurance. The two Allied representatives I spoke with on the phone after receiving the claim denial were extremely rude. The only reason the review is D and not F is that the inspector did a very good job with the repairs and the moving men were very nice and prompt. I would never use Allied again nor would I recommend them to anyone!
