BRADFORD SEPTIC TANK CO

I've used Bradford exclusively since buying my home in 1999. They have always been prompt, helpful and reasonably priced. On the most recent call we were having a backup and they scheduled as soon as possible. The Tech that came, Kevin, was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. He showed me all the issues he found, clearing the blockage and pumping the tank. He also offered advice on preventing future issues. I highly recommend Bradford.

Very well. On site ~2 hrs after initial call. Done as expected. 2 tank system. Clean up and restoration included. Very satisfied. Fair price for service too. Will use again.

Terrible! IWe were told it would take a few weeks. It took 6 mos. they tried to save money and put in for repair permit when it should have been new unit. They installed wrong unit and had to dig it up and redo it. They damaged driveway which was avoidable. they covered it with dirty fill that had glass, garbage and tile. when we tried to address issues we were told they never used filled dirt, the county and state were at fault for delays, they are not responsible for damage to driveway. No resolve. we were billed before job was completed. picture shows a small portion of what is in the fill dirt. we pick thru it daily. very dangerous for the children and pets

Fantastic. Dad stuffed towels and jammed it after recent service. Came back and did re service on a Sunday for free

Accepted original quote - only to find out after 3 months wait, that they needed more more to complete. The additional plumbing work took 2.5 hrs for $3,850!! I had to accept the additional charges before the city would shut me down. It took them 5 month to do the work - during that time left me with an open hole near the Drive-Through.

Awful...will never recommend or call again!

Called that morning, the technician was out 2 hours later.  Called ahead of time.  Very professional and knowledgeable technician.  Recommended root crystals and a fix to the filter and pipe.  These guys know what they are doing. I will use them in the future.

Called company at 8:10 am. Truck arrived at 8:45 am. Service performed promptly and professionally. They finished in 1 hour and cleaned up. Very friendly and courteous service people. Could not ask for better service

After Danny's Septic - the first listed by Angie's List for our area -- did not return our call after 3 days, we called Bradford Septic at about 10AM on Monday morning. They were at our house in less than 2 hours. They performed the work efficiently, for the price quoted Over the phone, including a $135 charge for the service call. David, the technician, was extremely competent, experienced and communicative. We will use them again and recommend them highly.

No major issues. It was suggested to replace the line from the septic tank to the distribution box which we can do later.

It went smoothly they did a really good job in a timely manner.

I asked for David when I called Bradford because he had been given such a good write up previously by another customer. David was great. Friendly, personable, polite and knowledgeable. And he shared a lot of valuable tips with us on how to maintain a good tank going forward.
Bradford was actually recommended by a plumber friend of mine and I would use them again.

Requested a pump out and inspection. Guy who showed up was great and helpful. Problem is I never got a copy of the inspection. I also begged them to replace my tank cover based on comments from the field guy but gave up after the fourth phone call. Guys in jupiter were more than willing and will get any future service calls. I will not bother these guys again.
