They chlorinated lines but didn't warn us that this might clog lines, consequently our master shower needs a plumber to come out and fix it. In fact when I complained about it it was stated "yes, that's why we don't like to do that). Still had a smell and Atlantic said we needed to repurpose a cylinder to handle the smell which the new system wouldnt do. Actually Bill said we didn't have sulfer but Andy said we did. Two different opinions from the same company. I had three other companies come out and they all said that the new system didn't seem to be doing what it should - not set up right. All agreed that we did need some sort of add on. Went back to Atlantic and they insisted new system was set up correctly. Bill told me and my husband both on two separate times that it would be around $300. We scheduled it after about two weeks of excuses that the scheduling person was off only to receive an email the night before the scheduled service call for us to sign with a cost of around $600. When I called Bill back he said that we had been warned that we might need the additional unit (which is true) and that on the estimate and our signed order it said the $600 quoted price they were wanting to charge. I pulled out our copy but instead of $600 it only said $$$. I'm unhappy that after paying over $2000 the system needs more tending to ( it's going thru salt better than twice what the old did plus a pink solution has to be added each month and the jug of pink stuff which originally we were told would last about 6 months is used up after 3 months). The smell is there and the water if it drips and stands by my tub/shower drain discolors the tub. The manager Amanda is very nice and has been helpful in the past because we're on our 5th pump in 13 years but between the system not performing like we had expected, Atlantic having their own propriety system that makes it if not impossible then cost prohibitive for anyone else to work on it, having a service person and sales person tell you two different opinions on what's wrong and being given the run around on the price by Bill you can say we are not happy

We liked them. We liked it very much. It worked out fine. The sales man was very nice. They put in the new waters softener system. They also put in a revers osmosis under our sink. It was a couple thousand, around $2000. They would get an A, they were good. For price I would say an A too, because my husband checked around and they even came down on the price a bit for us. Quality, so far so good it has only been a couple of months. But so far it has worked fine. We would use them again. 

The sales man was just so nice, easy to work with, cordial, professional, responsive. All of those things. It was very clean. The main system is out in the garage, but there is another system under the sink.

The gentleman Jason Long was suppose to come at 11:00 am and at 11:15 he called and stated he was in a meeting. He apologized and asked if he could still come out and I told him I was leaving. I told him he could have called before the appointment.

Great. Have used AF for seven years. Aways on time, always very professional. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.
