Ark Gutters of South Florida, Inc.

Ark Gutters came out and inspected the pitch on the gutters, they bumped the pitch up a bit, and no more issues. The gutters now capture all the water. And I am changing their customer service rating from 3.5 (my previous review) to a 5.0. Ark is a top notch professional company and I'd recommend them all day long.

Excellent installation. Finished job on time. Very professional. Price was reasonable. Would recommend. However, a few days later, I noticed water overflowing from a section of gutters by the front door. I contacted the company and they said they'd send someone out in a week and possibly repitch the gutters. A couple of weeks went by and no one showed up. Contacted the company again and they didn't have the courtesy to reply. For this reason, I give them a 2.5 in customer service. Should they send someone out, I'll reconsider increasing the customer service rating to 5.

Got the estimate on a Wednesday and the work was done on Friday. Very competitive price and the workmanship is top notch. I'd definitely use Ark again.
