I am remote and was contacted about a mold issue in a property I own in Florida. I called several professionals in the area to take a look and provide me with an estimate. Alex/Ambar was the first to respond, went to the property and provided me with a detailed assessment of the issue and what it would take to resolve it. Only one other company provided me with anywhere near the level of detail Alex provided. Alex and his workers were exceptional. Alex was very thorough from assessing the water and mold issue and throughout the process. He was very detailed in the paperwork, therefore everything that needed to be done was very clear. I called him many times with many questions. All were answered. I was so happy with the workers he sent. They were polite, hard working, very thorough, and I was very comfortable with them in my home. I am so relieved that my kitchen is mold free. Alex and the workers at Ambar did an excellent job in detecting and removing the mold that was hidden behind my washer & dryer in my garage! I called him the same day I happened to notice it by chance and he came out the next morning. That showed me a lot about his attentiveness. Unfortunately, his free inspection did detect and uncover mold in the area and he proceeded to start work ASAP to contain and prepare for work on the area and coordinated with my insurance field adjuster seamlessly. I initially chose Ambar due to all the great reviews I saw online and I do not regret my decision to go with the â smallâ guy rather than a big company that mightâ ve taken longer or not given my home the care it needed! The A/C installation was delayed by 1 day due to an oversight, but he promptly resolved the issue the next day. Lastly, my mailbox was hit a bit by accident by a work truck but he offered to replace it at his expense, which showed me how accountable and professional he is. I have no complaints other than that and my home is now mold free thanks to the quick work by Ambar!

I feel like they were a full service company. They handled everything from the roof to the drywall, cleaned up afterwards, and finished all the work. Working with them was a perfect scenario from beginning to end.

When they were done and before we paid, they left up extensive isolation barriers for the painters. The isolation barriers caused an inconvenient exit for us and weren't necessary, since the painters provided their own, less extensive (and more convenient) isolation barriers a few days later--prior to painting.
