Coleman Glass was great! My glass in my window was broken by a rock and the glass shattered. I called many places and Coleman's had very competitive prices. They were one of the cheapest I found and were able to come out the same day. The guy that came out was very good. He cleaned up all the broken glass very well and quickly replaced the glass. They called before they came to the house and the lady who answered in the office was very kind. I will definitely use them again for my glass needs!

I needed windshield replacement in my Mercury Grand Marquis.  I wanted to make sure I got a genuine factory (Ford) windshield replacement exactly like the one in it. i called Island Lincoln to find out if I could get the windshield through them before calling my insurance company. They told me they don't do window replacements but they get all theirs done by Coleman Glass --- so i called Coleman Glass.  Their telephone communication was clear and customer service excellent.  They walked me through the process to call my insurance comany and went ahead and put the windshield on order immediately because they only found one in their system and didn't want it to slip away for me.  I called my insurance company, Allstate, and they too were outstanding.  They found Coleman on their preferred providers list and conferenced them in on the call to set up the service.  It was all heandled very efficiently.  The appointment was set up for the next morning.  
The technician arrived promptly at my residence and I cannot say enough great things about him.  He did an expert job with the installation.  Absolultely stellar.   He even fixed the hood latch on the car with some well placed oil --- a problem that has existed for 2 years.  When he removed the plastic piece that covered the bottom of the windshield edge he showed me all the leaves and explained how that could eventually cause water to get into the car because of  clogged drains.  Then he proceeded to hook up his shop vac to the converter in his truck and vacuum out all the leaves and debris meticulously.  He also found an area in both front door jambs that had similarly collected leaves and vacuumed them out too!  He was incredibly polite, took his time, was very honest and patient with all my questions, and was a true professional in every way.  It was a rather cool morning so it took more effort to remove than windshield than it would on a hot day according to him.  He did what he had to do and took his time instead of rushing and creating messes in trying to make up time.  He carefully primed the entire windshield too --- which I have never seen done on previous windshield replacements I've had done.   Also, I had a couple of stickers on the old windshield including one of the new epass 'sticker' type transponders.  He got all the stickers off without turning them into pieces.  
I've had other windshields replaced in the past and it's always been a complete rush job with off brand windshields.  I am now completely sold on Coleman and will only use them for this in the future.  I am hard to please and very detail oriented --- and I found everything about my experience with them flawless.

The service rep. was on-time, efficient and cleaned up immediately after completion. Couldn't ask for better.
