The furniture at Rooms to Go is fine, but the customer service and "delivery" service is terrible. I ordered a large bunk bed, dresser, and four night stands on April 25th. The order was split into two deliveries. You have to commit to being home the entire day for each delivery date! It would be fine if they could delivery everything on one day, but we are going on our fourth day. The bunk bed, trundle, and dresser were delivered a few days later, but the delivery staff dropped the trundle while carrying it down the hall and damaged it. The delivery team acted annoyed when I tried to look at all of the drawers on the bed and dresser to be sure they were working. They said they had to leave for the next delivery. We had to schedule delivery for a new trundle the next week. The night stands were delivered June 11th, as that was the earliest delivery date possible at the time of the original order. On June 11th, they were delivered by the same delivery team that delivered the bunk bed, and again one of the pieces was damaged while they were unloading it. I watched them bang it on the ground and knock one of the feet loose. They didn't apologize, just said that they would make a note to have someone call me to schedule another (4th!) date for delivery. After a week, I had to call myself because nobody called. They said the next available delivery date is August 6th! That is over three months from the original purchase date! I accepted the date, but asked for a refund of the delivery fee, since the delivery team is completely incompetent and has wasted multiple days of my time. They will refund $50, but that is it. I had to request a credit to my order, as they wanted to give me store credit. I will never shop at the store again, so store credit is not an acceptable reimbursement. I would expect that they would be able to at least refund the entire $100 delivery fee, since their delivery service is completely incompetent and has now cost me four full days of time.
Description of Work: We ordered a large bunk bed, trundle, dresser, and four nightstands. The provider arranged for delivery and assembly of all items.

It was not a good experience. They didn't check to make things were properly working. I believed they might have dropped the furniture while delivering it. The recliner was damaged and the couch frame was bent. We ordered a television stand and they found they couldn't get it because it had been discontinued. We asked for a refund and nearly four weeks later we are still waiting for our refund. The sales staff was aggressive and we didn't appreciate it. The experience was very unsatisfactory.

Not well. Dining room set not delivered on day promised. We were first told at last minute it was back-ordered 2 months, and then this entire set was later cancelled with no explanation. One lamp was found smashed when box opened on delivery, and other lamp was missing knob so couldn't be turned on. Broken lamp reordered but not received by store on day promised. Ordered fabric protection on upholstery, but no evidence it was done. Spoke with Ed Davis, store manager, who clearly indicated that customer service was not part of his responsibility, and there was nothing he could do about any of these problems. He was totally indifferent.
Description of Work: Purchased full family room of furniture and lamps, dining room table, six chairs, and a queen bed.
